Cheap alternative compared to hexclad. So far, pancakes and eggs are great to make in it without sticking. Very easy to clean, water and soap is enough. Best to still use plastic wear on it, no point in accelerating wear because you want to mess it up with metal tools. If hexclad was 100%, this pan is probably 75%. ... show more

I honestly am baffled by others' comments about food sticking. I bought the 12 inch skillet with the lid, have used it quite a few times now since I bought it about a month ago, and I've had NOTHING stick to it. In fact, I can actually run hot water in the skillet after using it, and wipe it clean with a paper towel. Obviously I still wash it, but in the frying I have done (chops, steak, hamburgers, etc.), I have had NO problems at all with any food sticking. I can also tell that it heats evenly while cooking, and the quality looks and feels like a very high quality skillet. Again...I love that it's easy to clean--a big PLUS in my book! ... show more
