Only complaints is that it came with handles on both sides and the lid could be upgraded to a more durable material. They sell replacement caps so it a bit of a red flag🚩 but I'm also purchasing a giant coozie holder for it so it'll take care of my concerns but $50 fir the jug and another $25 for the coozie. Yes the coozie has the double handles, zips up, has a pouch for your phone , wallet and keys and shoulder strap. 👍👍

The jug does what I need it to do. Keeps my water pretty cold for a day and a half (I fill it with ice) and holds a gallon of water. It is little annoying to drink from as there isn't a little hole anywhere in the top to allow air to come in and get a good flow of water but I bought a metal straw to drink from it. If the company can make a straw attachment that is removable for cleaning that would be great. Not a 5 star because I dropped it once when it was empty on wooden floors and the ring holding the cap broke so now the top doesn't hold the cap anymore.

So I bought the half-gallon in plain metal. And I love this thing. I was after something vacuum sealed with large capacity and a big opening so that it's easy and fast to clean. I too bought this under the assumption that it wouldn't fit under my fridge water dispenser, but it does! Keeps cold a long time, I'll run out of water at night and still have mostly ice in the morning. The handle is well designed and with a little bit of tension so that it doesn't flop around. The little drinking cap doesn't go on super fast, you need to seat it right, but that just means you have a good seal.
