Buyer BEWARE!! I purchased this umbrella and the upper ribs on the umbrella were never secure and always slipped out when taking down the umbrella. Two of my upper ribs blew away with the wind and I contacted the business to get a replacement part. They told me my umbrella was no longer under warranty and refused to help me any further. They have horrible customer service there also. I told them I wasn’t looking to get free parts that I wanted to pay for them since I am unable to find this part anywhere on the internet and they still refused to help me. I recommend using a different company that will actually provide customer service and a quality product to their customers. I told them I would write a bad review and they still didn’t care. Save your money or buy from a different business.
