This chair is more than I expected for the price... After about 35 mins. I had it assembled. The chair came with simple and clear and complete instructions. Comes with the wrench and driver needed for assembly. The chair is made of Durable materials. It is Comfortable.. Has a lumbar cushion and an upper cushion for neck and or head to rest on. It has adjustments for up and down height... And a reclining feature which locks into place at multiple angles. Can also rock in the chair. It also can spin Completely around in any direction... It has durable fluid rolling wheels. Iam very happy with this purchase.

This was a replacement for a previous purchase at Staples years ago. This one is much Larger,Comfortable,Modern and ease to assemble. The back is long and wide enough to accommodate a large frame . The cushion for seating, firm and sturdy. The arm rest are sturdy and comfortable, not hard. Good quality an excellent value for the price when purchased. I had one issue with a minor part of the assembly,but contacted the seller ( Quick Response,Resolve and Excellent customer service ) they shipped the replacement part and some a plus, ASAP. Great Value for the price. Don't regret the purchase.

I have had this chair for four years. During that time the chair has worked as advertised. It is high backed with a cushion for both the lumbar and the neck. It is comfortable and reclines. The only issue I have had is that the chair will not remain in the adjusted height position. There is a lever on the right side that allows you to raise the chair to your desired height. Once raised, you push the lever in to lock the chair into position. In my situation, the chair will slowly lower down to the lowest position. I don't know if this is because of the age of the product, or if there is a part failing. I am 6' 4" and need to have the chair at maximum height. I am also 250 lbs. which is likely contributing to the issue. If you are of average height and weight this may not be an issue. If you are a mutant like me you may want to look into a chair that supports more weight. All in all this is a great product for the price.

This chair holds up a very heavy weight person. I do have a cat and it holds up to her scratching to it...So if you don't have any cats it might hold up better. I had to replace the cushion with a trucker cushion BUT thats because of my weight. It's not expected to hold up to it. The arms, Do need to be retighten every now and then. So remember to tape the allen wrench thing to the underside of the chair. So you don't lose it. Because you will need it. The color makes me smile. It's perfect. I don't need to tell you that but you needed to know. 5 stars. It was a very good choice.

Look, whoever started the trend of leather gaming chairs needs a stern talking-to. This might apply to all gaming chairs (I play games but wouldn't consider myself a serious gamer si IDK), but there are some serious problems with a chair like this: 1. Support Look, I've sat in a million offices with $1,000 chairs designed by the world's leading back-support engineers and even those hurt your back after a while. Sitting fully upright like Queen Elizabeth for 8 straight hours will do that. That being said, I haven't had any issues with this chair in that regard. Except for the pillow. The freaking pillow. This chair comes with this weird strap-on leather pillow that goes... somewhere?! It can go behind your back, but then your spine is forced to make an inverted C-shape that no human being can possibly enjoy. You can also strap it around the top like the headrest of a cheap dental seat but it literally does nothing for comfort or your neck. 2. Farting Okay, okay, HEAR ME OUT ON THIS. This chair features a flat leather seat. Think that through. There's no mesh. No cloth. Your ass is literally suction-cupped to this leather panel. Where do you think that fart is going the second you feel the urge? If you're a gamer and are spending multiple hours in front of a screen, there's a big chance, you're gonna have to fart at some point. Do you peel your sweaty butt from the synthetic leather surface to let one rip? Or do you take your chances of a full-on backfire while seated? And that's only the start of it. This seat is made of a material that, smell-wise, remembers EVERYTHING. I kid you not, I clean this seat every day because of how bad it can smell. If my cat jumps up on it, it smells like kitty litter (bad girl!). If I fart on it, it smells like farts. If I drop a cheeto between my legs IT SMELLS LIKE CHEETOS. And these smells linger indefinitely. If you don't regularly clean this chair, it will start to smell like everything you've ever sat on. 3. Heat If you're a human being and sweat when you're hot, ohhh boy, are you in for a treat. The adhesive properties of this faux-leather seat are honestly impressive. I haven't done this but I 100% believe if you sat on this chair naked for 20 seconds, you could pick it up with you and walk away with it stuck to your back. In the winter it was fine, honestly. But once summer hit and I stared wearing shorts again and, Gods forbid, I didn't wear a shirt?! Game. Over. I was sitting upright like Queen Elizabeth all on my own in a desperate attempt to keep my back away from my own chair. And, without a comfortable black, you're sitting on a freaking stool. So be ready to crank the AC lest you become part of the chair like old Boostrap Bill stuck on the side of The Flying Dutchman IN CONCLUSION: It's fine. Do I miss my old chair that completely broke? Yeah. Does this one look good? Yeah! Does it support my back and keep me 100% comfortable? NOPE. Should we, as a society, rethink chairs like this? Yes, I think so.
