Did not work properly. Heat setting are not correct. Can't set Temps. Timer doesn't work properly. Ruined a days worth of work. You owe me 10 hours@$15.00usd/hour/ $150.00 as well as the return. Time is no one and you have wasted mine. Couldn't get Amazon to do a replacement so it's getting returned. Which mean me they know it's defective, and they were still willing to sell it. Bogus.

I wish the heat level was closer went from 175 to 210 F and i need a temp that was close to 190 but couldn't chose that temp

The media could not be loaded. This is a big unit. It pulled 1765 amps on high and brought one gallon to rolling boil in 15 min and 20 seconds. This works!

Cooker worked well the first time I tried it. Made sure I had the proper pans first. If a magnet sticks to them, they will work with this cooker. Boiled water very fast. It's nice that 100% of the energy goes into the pan/pot rather than up the sides with gas. And it starts heating right away. Superior to resistant electric cook tops. Complaint 1: The fans are quite loud and will turn on when the element is on. Not sure if this normal for this sort of appliance, but they are quite noticeable. Complaint 2: The feet are not rubber and slide very easily. I think if this were to be put in normal use, you would want different slip resistant feet. It's very easy to move this around a counter.

Product will not heat. Placed compatible pot in center of burner on a level surface. Plugged into power source and attempted to heat pot of water. E0 flashes on screen. Attempted three different stainless steel pots and a cast iron pot. Cleaned surface of burner. Tried different power levels. Nothing had any effect. Cannot find a customer service number. Will be returning if not contacted by seller. * Update: Ordered replacement. 2nd burner doesn't work either. This one throws E0 and E9, which isn't even listed as a possible error. DO NOT ORDER!!!
