  • Great for my dreadnought style classical guitar
Color: Zebrawood Size: Acoustic Guitar
The DIDA Guitar Stand for Acoustic Guitar is a very nicely built stand that is well cushioned and is the perfect match for my dreadnought shaped nylon classical guitar based on the stand width. I'm generally not a fan of backless guitar stands, but this one stands out and is perfect for my intended use as a guitar stand that I keep near my bedside. Some minor assembly is required (pictorial instructions included) but should be easily accomplished for nearly anyone to put together in less than 5 minutes. I really like the color of the zebra wood option I chose to review as it is a very nice match for my guitar. There is ample padding and cushioning in all the correct surface to surface contact points to keep from scratching or marring on the guitar body. I found no flaws in the craftsmanship, mainly smooth surfaces and solid placement when set on the floor with a guitar on it. It safely holds and displays my guitar very well. I find the price point of the DIDA Guitar Stand for Acoustic Guitar to be very reasonable and would recommend it to other guitarists, especially owners of the larger dreadnought style guitars. I think the DIDA Guitar Stand for Acoustic Guitar would also make a great gift for guitarists as well. It's a somewhat unique design, and the style and wood coloration is really a nice touch. • Looks great, but top could use more padding
Color: Bamboo Size: Acoustic Guitar
I picked the bamboo acoustic version to break up the sea of black stands I already have — it’s a nice color option that blends well with natural wood tones. Assembly was simple enough, though didn’t expected it was going to require any at all. I see now the listing mentions that, so certainly not a reason to lower a star - just pointing it out. The main issue: I accidentally placed my acoustic down a bit too fast hitting the top of the stand — the top of the stand isn’t as padded as some of my other ones, and it left a small dimple/hole in the guitar. Just something to watch out for. Overall, it’s a solid and stylish stand, but I’d love to see a bit more protective padding at the top. ... show more

  • Wooden Acoustic Stand
Color: Zebrawood Size: Acoustic Guitar
I’ve been using this stand for a couple weeks now and I’m happy with its performance. Good quality construction and hardware. Clear instructions that make the stand simple to build. Unlike some others I’ve used, I have zero concerns about stability. In addition to the wide stance of the feet, I also appreciate the bent arm tips that provide extra protection at the bottom / widest part of the body. There is soft protection at every point on which the guitar rests. Ive used it in a rehearsal environment where it held several types and sizes of guitar, both acoustic and electric for multiple days with no complaints or concerns. The rubber feet are firm and keep the stand in place on tile and concrete. The hinge / lock device that holds it all together is very sturdy. It should last a long time. Additionally, it looks great and it’s a good value for the money if you care about protecting your guitars. ... show more

  • Not entirely suitable for everyone but a decent stand.
Color: Blackwood Size: Acoustic Guitar
First off, I like these type of stands because of the more minimalist feel compared to the old school tubular style that offers neck support. That said, these type of stands have some drawbacks to be aware of. I'm not saying the old school tubular design with neck support is the end all be all, but with the little rubber band retainers for the neck section, they do offer a bot more pet & toddler protection. Another thing to be cognizant of are the support bars. They aren't necessarily free to swing any which way that contours best to the instrument. If you have a single guitar or bass, you can adjust them and tighten them... but if you swap out instruments, one might naturally sit up right with the back support centered and the other my try to set one way or the other. This is easy to assemble and set up... pretty good bang for your buck, and as long as you understand some of the inherent drawbacks, its great little stand. ... show more

  • A bit tippy. Okay for home use, not for stage.
Color: Zebrawood Size: Acoustic Guitar
Over all this is a nice guitar stand - it was easily assembled and looks good. My guitars fit well in the cradle - however, the base pieces are slightly misaligned, so its just a touch tippy. So I’ll get some use out of it in the studio or at home, but wouldn’t feel safe using it in busy stage settings. ... show more

  • Guitar stand
Color: Ashwood Size: Acoustic Guitar
This is a nice budget guitar stand. It is easy to set up, and holds my guitar nicely. It can't take a ton weight or the arms sag, but my guitar isn't heavy, so it works just fine. The arms are covered with a soft Styrofoam to protect the guitar, and the top of the A frame also has foam so it doesn't scratch the back of the guitar. The color matches the photos, and it actually matches my guitar as well, so that's a plus. There are rubber feet to keep it from sliding around on the floor. The hinge feels stiff and clicks solidly into place when you open it. All the wood is smooth, no splinters or anything, it's well made. ... show more

  • Easy to assemble
Color: Zebrawood Size: Acoustic Guitar
This little stand is easy to assemble and looks better than the plain metal ones. I keep it in the corner of my living room so I have an extra place to sit my guitar. While you can fold it kind of flat, I would not treat this design as "portable" since it is still a little too bulky for my tastes, and I would not want to scuff it up. But in pinch it would be easier to take with you than a larger stand. ... show more

  • good looking budget stand
Color: American Black Walnut Size: Acoustic Guitar
This stand was easy to put together and I like the look of the wood. It's not super steady because it's the minimalist short type, but for that size it's not bad. I don't think it's practical to lug it around when going out, but it works alright at home. I found that one guitar fits better and was more stable on it than the others, so that one will be the one I display on it. For that one purpose it's a pretty good value. ... show more
