We already own a full set of hex clad cookware. It was when I was visiting family in Berkeley, California and my son-in-law showed me this pan from hex clad that I took interest. I watched him use it on his grill and he really bragged about the performance. Now you have to understand this is the only hex clad pan he has, he has very expensive cookware from Denmark. So the influencer that he is, I went out onto Amazon and bought this pan so that I went back home. It would be there and I could give it to my wife as an extra Surprise bonus Christmas present. She’s very happy with her hex clad cookware and this additional pan. I have burned things in a hex clad pot my mistake. It wasn’t difficult to clean up at all. I probably should not have bought this since I don't use it often enough to justify the cost but it is very nice. The one thing you have to remember to do when the food is done, is to have some sort of pan next to the grill on which to place this, since you can't carry it across the porch into the house without having the contents dripping all over. ... show more

None stick bbq pan. Hopefully it cleans up well after some smoke hits it. I’ll see in the long run. Should hold up better than my steel pan that is all rusty. I’ll update if less that 5 stars is needed.

I’ve been using this pan on the smoker for a few months now to smoke vegetables, sea food, and certain meats. Quality is excellent, performance is great and easy to clean. However, hexclad is not toxic free at high temperatures. I would recommend this pan if using at low temps. I use mine at temps of 250 to 300 degrees. Very happy with this Hexclad Grill pan. non-stick. heats up fast. I use it to grill vegetables. a big improvement over my homemade foil pans or heating directly on the grill. A great addition to my Hexclad pan collection.
