I was very excited to receive my incubator today but when I opened the package it was broken. The only option that I have is to return (called support and there's no option to replace). Beyond frustrating because the 120 egg count model has sold out several times already. If I end up trying to purchase this model again, I'll update my review. ***UPDATE*** I went back and forth about repurchasing this incubator because you can't just do a replacement order. I decided to order it again (even though I still have not been refunded for my first order) because it has all the features I am looking for. Once I receive the new one, I will update my review. <fingers crossed> ***UPDATE*** Receive my refund 3/16 for the original incubator. Glad it didn't take 30 days. Still waiting for the second one I ordered to ship out. ***UPDATE*** I received my second incubator and there was another broken spot on the base of the clear shelf. There were also several chipped spots on the rollers. Because of the return policy and previous reviews that have reached out to the seller, I decided to keep what I had. I personally believe the issues are due to packaging and delivering. That's allot of parts in a small container. I have included a picture of the broken spot on the second incubator (clear shelf and a few rollers). I have eggs in the incubator now (Day 15) and I have not had any issues with the humidity or temperature. Because of this I'm bumping up my one star to three stars. Hopefully I will get a response from the seller in regards to the broken part. So far its not effecting anything but I would like all "unbroken" parts. I will update when I get a response or when the chicks hatch. One more thing... Make sure you don't open this on carpet! The rollers are like a vacuum and they'll pick up EVERY speck of sand and dog hair that's in the carpet that you thought you vaccuumed up!!! *** Final Update April 11, 2023 *** I decided to contact the store owner about my minor issue with the second incubator I purchased. They replied back less than 24 hours later and informed me that they've changed their packaging and would be resolving my issue. They also gave me the option to replace or refund. Being a business owner myself I decided to let them fix the issue (mistakes can happen and this model is new). They exceeded my expectations with their packaging!!! As you can see by the pictures they added extra styfroam so it would not break during shipment/delivery and they also put the second tray and rollers in a seperate box. I've also included a picture of my baby chicks <insert smile>!!! I really hope you read this while post and decided to bite the bullet and order with them. A business that takes the time to read reviews, listen to customers, and fix the issues with a flawless incubator is a win I'm my book anyway!!! ... show more

I am extremely disappointed with this Amazon purchase and feel compelled to share my experience to save others from making the same mistake. I purchased this incubator with high hopes, but it has been nothing but a disaster. I'm giving it a one-star rating because I can't go any lower. First, the turning tubes are far too short. Once the incubator gets heated, the tubes begin to fall, causing issues with the egg-turning mechanism. It's a complete design flaw that renders the incubator ineffective for its intended purpose. Second, the temperature readings on this incubator are wildly inaccurate. The device claims to maintain a steady 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, but when I checked with my reliable thermometer, it only measured 89 degrees. Such a discrepancy could have catastrophic effects on my eggs, potentially ruining the entire batch. It's clear to me that this product is of poor quality and not worth the investment. I'm definitely going to return it and urge others not to waste their time or money on this subpar incubator. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one. ... show more

You need to keep the styrofoam on it to help with the temp. I love that the rollers move every few hours and not constantly like some. Watch the humidity and add lukewarm to warm water to keep it working great. I have hatches many goose eggs out of this and they come out great. I love that the rollers are adjustable to fit the different egg sizes I have. Love that it comes with a converter if you need to change it to battery if the power goes out. I just set it to the correct egg and it does the rest. I am very happy with this product and will get it again. ... show more

this item was shipped from the seller in a box that takes up all the space in the back seat of the mail carriers auto, huge box with huge lettering, MADE IN CHINA. The device is easy to assemble, was not missing parts and appears functional. The electrical circuitry is complicated on this unit, it is the logic center of operation. Hopefully, this unit performs as advertised without any glitches electrically, because if the circuit boards fail in any way repurpossing options are limited by the enclosures design. Cat litter box perhaps would be an option. This unit is intended as being an adjustable fertilized egg incubator. Comes with an instruction leaflet written in english, easy to understand. It is a hobby tool with potential of generating income for the savvy consumer. A building block for the entrepenour , start your business with this tool, take the profit proceeds and purchace a high quality incubator to continue. ... show more

To be honest I was disappointed when I received the incubator in broken condition , Then after the not so bad some assembly required I stuffed it with more than100 eggs to only find out 4 or 5 days later that the rollers were not turning , I checked & re-checked the connections and they were correct so I contacted the seller direct and sent pictures to them . Long story short after several messages back & forth It was decided by them to replace the incubator and not just the defective & broken parts , I turned all the eggs by hand the remainder 11 or 12 days 3 times daily , only 29 chicks hatched so not a very good % but the conditions were not ideal .. Now today I have received the replacement incubator and have only tested it and it seams to be working correctly , Of course I will have to collect more eggs to allow it to run its full course .. Now , The SELLER & SUPPORT are TOP NOTCH 5 star No matter what it is you can always get a bad one but if the support is there that means everything and this seller BACKS UP what they sell !
