**** Update***** It completely stopped working!! Nothing I have done even switching the battery pack has helped. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I love this. I just took one star off because the massage aspect isn’t continuous. It has three different settings but all three are choppy. The battery does die after three 30 minute rounds of having it on. It will automatically shut off after 30 minutes which is fine. Just with that I could get a constant massage setting and it would be perfect. ... show more

I’ve been using this vibrating/heating back brace for a couple of weeks, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. The heat and vibration features are actually pretty effective and feel great when you need some relief during your lunch break (it has a 30 min auto off feature) That said, there’s one big design flaw—the battery isn’t secured very well. I accidentally tipped the unit upside down and the battery fell out, hit the floor, and stopped working. That’s something to seriously consider, especially for a product that’s meant to be worn and moved around in. If you’re thinking about buying this, I’d honestly recommend getting a backup battery just in case. In my case, I’m planning to return it—not because it doesn’t work, but because I realized I’m not using it as often as I expected. I might revisit something like this later in the year, but I’d probably look for a model with a more secure battery design. ... show more
