It arrived earlier than expected. Immediately after unpacking from the box, I was impressed by the very soft texture of the outer surface and the extremely light weight comfort. My legs appreciate the soft and lightweight warmth very much. The response time was impressive. It was heating within a few seconds. The pain relief was felt very quickly and the soft weightlessness of the pad made it so comfortable. The long extension cord is helpful to allow patient mobility and the control is well made and easy to read and operate. This appears to be a quality built product. Another very important feature is that the pad also has perfect control of the temperature over the complete surface with no hot spots. This is true at each temperature setting to avoid any overheating of the treatment area regardless of the length of time, even at the low temperature levels. The 12” x 24” treatment area is great to treat any area of the body. The pad’s soft and flexible nature makes it easy to contour it in non-flat areas like a shoulder by just tying a fabric around the outside. The 4 timer settings for length of time and the 6 temperature settings are ideal. The pad is machine washable which is important for continual use and in case something is spilled on it. As a result, this pad has been in use every day since arriving to provide treatment help for an arthritic condition. All the product features advertised are readily experienced once you unpack the product from the box and turn it on. This is such a rewarding purchase.

The media could not be loaded. This heating pad is the perfect size, and it is so soft. The controls are super easy to work, and the quality is amazing for the price! I was concerned when I bought it because some of the reviews said it doesn’t get hot enough, but so far, I haven’t had it above 4! I really like that it has a timer on it also.

I purchased one of these last year and it got me through a chilly Northern California winter I found myself continuing to use it even into the warmer months, as mornings can be chilly here even during summer. I got tired of unplugging and moving the heating pad when I went into another room, so I decided to get a second one. I've been using the first one for nearly a year almost every day. The controls are straightforward and it heats up quickly. I especially like the timer function so I don't have to worry about remembering to turn it off. And the material is really soft; I've had heating pads in the past with uncomfortable plastic coverings that are noisy and crinkly. The heating pad also is really helpful after long hikes to help prevent/ease stiffness in my legs.
