I'm 38 and I'm uni lateral I can't hear from my right. I have limited hearing on my left. I decided to pick up a hearing aids to try some out for when I go to places that has a lot of sound activity like a talking. And they were pretty good. The only time they fall out for me is what I'm sweating heavily like if I'm doing yardwork and I'm bending over back-and-forth common sense, due to the head shifting up and down when planting or bending over... the sweat and the liquid making everything slippery beyond, it works, they have good sound and I like the fact that the charging pack has a back up battery when you put the hearing aids back inside, it'll recharge it with whatever power inside the charger. I was able to listen the things that were very subtle when going for a walk and understand better without close caption. So they work. The higher volumes are a little bit too intense for me probably because I'm not used to getting sound in my ear that clear that you have to get use to it, give it a couple days in your ear gets used to it. They do come with different types of earplugs so just try the ones at work. The one that came with it already connected worked fine for me. What really makes the differences that you can tap to increase the volume in cycles up to four times. The other ones I tried using in the past had a dialer, which was hard to click on. These are way more easier. They don't look like hearing aids either they look like a Bluetooth headset, which is good if you're younger and a little bit shy about using them. ... show more
