When the box arrived, it was damaged a bit so initially I was a bit nervous to open it. Part of the box had been ripped open and I was hoping that my pillows and cushions were intact. Fortunately, everything was alright. When I started to get everything unwrapped, organized and laid out I noticed that some of the screws I needed were scattered about in the box. I was really upset about it because I was worried I would have to ask for more screws. Luckily I found all but one screw. There happened to be an extra one (from a different set of screws) by the time I finished putting everything together! If you organize all of the pieces before getting started it helps the construction go a bit faster. The time lapse over all was about 2 1/2 hours give or take. The Instructions were mostly easy to understand. They had the pages labeled properly with what you would need to put everything together. I would say after having a damaged box and missing screws I would still rate this a good 4 out of 5 stars. Just because of that I had to drop a star. Great product! Definitely worth buying! Bought this product months ago and is still very sturdy and comfortable! Also, very easy to clean!

I was pleasantly surprised when this set arrived...the packaging was well constructed and all the pieces were tied down and secured. It was easy to assemble and doesn’t require any tools other than the hex tool that comes with it. No screws or pieces were missing or damaged. The cushions for the seats are well constructed too - they zip off for washing, which is nice for an outdoor set. The additional turquoise pillows are great, as well. I’m not currently using them, but I’ve put them aside for other outdoor seating. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would recommend this set and company to anyone looking for affordable outdoor items. I’ve also ordered a rug from this company, it’s arriving today and will post a review.

This patio set is very elegant. Fairly straight foreword to assemble. My problem was I assembled the loveseat back the wrong way. My mistake working on a porch at night using lights! Reassembled the loveseat correctly without a problem. I'm pleasantly surprised this set is not only beautiful but very sturdy. I gave the wood a good coat of teak oil to protect it and sprayed cushions with scotch guard. The set is on my second floor porch where I will enjoy my summer mornings on the loveseat with a cup of coffee. Worth every penny.

I purchased this set a few weeks ago, have been using it now for about a week. I had a very difficult time finding something I liked with good reviews that wasn’t incredibly expensive. I can’t testify to the longevity of this set but from what I’ve seen so far. Assembly: Fairly quick and easy. My husband and I had it all put together in about 30-40 minutes easy. We got all of the parts, directions weren’t even required it was pretty self explanatory. Sturdiness: It doesn’t appear super sturdy, but the seats hold my husband (6’2” guy) without an issue. We’ve heard a few creaks, but nothing broken. Although he’s only sat on the loveseat alone, so I’m not sure how it would hold up with more than 1 person. I’ve sat on the table though with no issues. Size: It just really looked small when we put it together, but it fits nicely on our deck (10x16) with room for our grill and a deck box. Overall, I’m pretty happy for the cost. It is very light, so the chairs easily move around, especially in the wind. The cushions are tied to it so they’re fine. Edit: I’ve now had this set all summer (about 3 months) and it’s pretty much falling apart. I’m not a big person and just leaning back on one of the chairs broke the back on it. The cushions are totally faded, and so is the wood. I gave it any stars because it was cheap in comparison to other outdoor sets, and we got one season out of it. I wouldn’t buy it again, nor would I recommend it.

Ok, first none of the items are number. Second none of the screws are mark as to where they are supposed to go. Third some of the holes were pre drilled too large. Yes it does take longer to put together because of the lack of identification on each of the parts, and on the screw packets. The cushions are thinner than what they show on the Internet so just be aware of that. One put together, they feel fairly sturdy and they’re kind of comfortable with the thin cushions. We purchased this set for our back patio on the canal side of the lake because it looks kind of Nautical. At first we were a bit concerned it there was too much wind, but luckily we also purchased the cover that was suggested- we use bungie cords to put around the perimeter when we are alerted about any weather. We love this set and although the cushions are a bit thin, it is very comfortable and worth the investment. I will be procurring this brand again for sure!

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this set. I purchased this set to go in a lanai, so it will be out of the weather for the most part. After assembling it, here’s what I think of it: Yes, I would purchase it again. Yes, I think it was worth the price I paid. It was fairly easy to assemble, except 2 holes were not drilled. If you look at the pictures, you can see 3 holes on one and only 2 on the other. I used a 9/32 drill bit to make the 2 holes. The cushions are thin. What I call a 30 minute cushion. After 30 minutes, you are ready to move. Amazon sells some nicer ones. I put furniture pads under all the legs. The finish on the wood is ok. If you plan on leaving it out in the weather, I would apply a polyurethane top coat. I hope this helps.
