works like it should. easy to adjust and comes with everything needed to charge and clean. no issues with these hearing aids. this behind the ear stays in place much better than the other style.

Poorly made. Fell from a very low height in the case and one of my devices broke apart. Now just taking it out of the case causes it to literally come apart at the seam. Very disappointed in the quality.

This is a gift for one of my senior friends, and she absolutely loves it! The hearing aids are very lightweight and of super good quality, both in terms of the product and its accessories. The Bluetooth function enables the product to offer additional functionalities, making it an excellent way to enjoy music from a smartphone. The rechargeable function, with charging in the case, adds additional convenience. Features like noise cancelling and 16-channels OTC hearing amplification, along with the portable display charging case, are all the aspects my friend like. Highly recommended!

Ordered for my father-in-law, who is hard of hearing. Difficult to set up and connect, inconsistent charging between both sides, and unnatural-looking finish despite being "flesh toned". Wish the inner portion that goes in your ear came in a wider range of different sizes for additional comfort.

I’m really surprised to find out that this hearing aid can also be used as Bluetooth headset. Such a a game-changer for me. Being unilateral deaf, I have specific needs when it comes to hearing aids. The best part is to use one device as a hearing aid and the other as a Bluetooth headset for music which is incredibly useful for me. It allows me to enjoy music, take calls, and be aware of surroundings (I am profoundly impacted by hearing loss so whether it provides a crystal clear sound quality or not is not my first concern) without having to switch between different devices. Linking the device to my phone was straightforward and connection was stable. Overall, it does its job for me.
