My hubby has been going to the gym for over a year now, & I have started working out at home. I am healing diastasis recti after multiple pregnancies. It is almost healed using kinesiology tape & specific ab exercises designed to strengthen, tighten, & heal the DR. Now that the DR is almost fully healed, I can do exercises that once caused more harm than good like planks, etc. I am not yet doing sit ups, but my kids use the bench for them. I use it for reverse crunches, leg lifts, arm band work, push ups, etc. Since I can't go to the gym with kiddos, I needed to bring the gym to us. So I was looking for a bench that could be used for multiple exercises, to serve more than just one purpose, & that can be folded/tucked away after use. THIS sit up bench does ALL of that PLUS MORE! Assembly was about 10 minutes. It would have been less if I could see the directions. I ended up having to photograph the assembly directions & zoom in on it with my phone to be able to read it. Worked very well for me. I also had a toddler "helper", which never works out as being helpful. The assembly directions were EASY to follow. The bench even comes with a Allen wrench, as well as the tool to tighten the bolts (no idea what it is called), which made assembly SO easy! Plus I have 2 tools for my kids' tool bags that we add to for birthdays & Christmas so they will have their own tools when they are old enough to move out one day. The bench is light enough that my grade schoolers & tweens can bring it out from the corner of the room or closet, where we keep it between daily use. My kids take turns using it every day & I have been using it every other day, alternating with weights. We find it to be stable & sturdy. We are VERY happy with this sit up exercise bench. First thing I noticed was how the cushion doesn’t have an odd scent, unlike a previous order. Not sure if it’s the material or what but not a problem with this one. Everything is super sturdy and it’s easy to put together, use, and adjust. Definitely recommend this if you’re looking for some at-home training equipment ... show more

I'm 170 pounds and the machine works good I can see the results I just hope the foam on the handles will be stronger l, the board feels ok but it could be more stable and last the cords don't offer enough resistance but I add more cords to it to work out better also is easy to put in the closet I'm happy over all. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, and can be used anywhere. I bought it for my sons that are been doing sit ups on the floor, but really is not the same, with this machine they can have a whole body workout. It’s very thoughtfully design full foam knee pads, LCD monitor to control the rhythm of fitness, anti-skid and resistant leather and 8 guide pulleys to reduce the resistance. I absolutely love this sit-up bench! The build quality is fantastic, with sturdy materials that make me feel secure during my workouts. The incline feature is really easy to adjust and allows me to target different areas of my core. I love this bench. It was shipped with everything you need to assemble and it is functional and you can do many exercises on it. It is also not very heavy and it can therefore, be moved around the house easily. I would recommend with no hesitation.

I got this address about workout equipment for my nephew because you just got at the army and wanted to be able to do exercises at home without having to pay a gym membership just was very easy to assemble it is very sturdy does not take up a lot of space

Easy to put together! It can get the sit up done but not sure for heavy people I’m 210 . 5’6 and when i do sit up i don’t feel it’s gonna last at all. But it will definitely help people maybe 180lbs or less.
