My hubby has been going to the gym for over a year now, & I have started working out at home. I am healing diastasis recti after multiple pregnancies. It is almost healed using kinesiology tape & specific ab exercises designed to strengthen, tighten, & heal the DR. Now that the DR is almost fully healed, I can do exercises that once caused more harm than good like planks, etc. I am not yet doing sit ups, but my kids use the bench for them. I use it for reverse crunches, leg lifts, arm band work, push ups, etc. Since I can't go to the gym with kiddos, I needed to bring the gym to us. So I was looking for a bench that could be used for multiple exercises, to serve more than just one purpose, & that can be folded/tucked away after use. THIS sit up bench does ALL of that PLUS MORE! Assembly was about 10 minutes. It would have been less if I could see the directions. I ended up having to photograph the assembly directions & zoom in on it with my phone to be able to read it. Worked very well for me. I also had a toddler "helper", which never works out as being helpful. The assembly directions were EASY to follow. The bench even comes with a Allen wrench, as well as the tool to tighten the bolts (no idea what it is called), which made assembly SO easy! Plus I have 2 tools for my kids' tool bags that we add to for birthdays & Christmas so they will have their own tools when they are old enough to move out one day. The bench is light enough that my grade schoolers & tweens can bring it out from the corner of the room or closet, where we keep it between daily use. My kids take turns using it every day & I have been using it every other day, alternating with weights. We find it to be stable & sturdy. We are VERY happy with this sit up exercise bench. We WOULD purchase it again.

i like the purchase overall i am happy with it, one drawback i notice when i using it and if the roller piece reaches all the way to the top, the timer starts all over back to zero....

I will start by saying I have owned 3 gym and am in the process of purchasing my 4th. I was in arguably the best shape of my life in June 2022 when I went in for a very minor procedure that required me being put under and literally less than 5 minute procedure. After waking up to find out my heart stopped and I had to be brought back to this big green rock we call earth. I learned that I was suffering from heart failure and my heart was only working at 13%. After close to 2 years of feeling bad for myself and having to go thru my process. Along with 40 plus pounds of unhealthy weight added to predominantly my stomach. I decided to get back to what makes me feel best and that is eating good and training like it's my job. Lol I try to always hit my abs in between sets, different areas on different days. But wanted something I could use at home and took a shot at this and absolutely love it. Great little machine that allows you to hit different areas of your abs. The best part is I can get them in at night while watching sports or Josh Gates. I really like it after a couple weeks and it is a great addition for anyone looking for something for a home gym or just to hang cloths on. Buy it

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, and can be used anywhere. I bought it for my sons that are been doing sit ups on the floor, but really is not the same, with this machine they can have a whole body workout. It’s very thoughtfully design full foam knee pads, LCD monitor to control the rhythm of fitness, anti-skid and resistant leather and 8 guide pulleys to reduce the resistance. It’s very sturdy, metal frame and can hold up to 330lbs, adjustable too. Light and simple. I can move it around my house easily. It exactly what I hoped for. He’s used it everyday since getting it.

Easy to put together! It can get the sit up done but not sure for heavy people I’m 210 . 5’6 and when i do sit up i don’t feel it’s gonna last at all. But it will definitely help people maybe 180lbs or less.

I got this address about workout equipment for my nephew because you just got at the army and wanted to be able to do exercises at home without having to pay a gym membership just was very easy to assemble it is very sturdy does not take up a lot of space
