This was purchased as a gift from “Santa” to be on display for Christmas morning. Upon opening of the item it became immediately evident that it was already unboxed by someone else prior to. Not only did it lack an instruction manual but after searching the internet for an online manual it became evident that There were missing pieces, but our Christmas Eve Scavenger hunt didn’t stop there, once we were able to locate the what should have been sealed cardboard with the labels nuts bolts screws and washers, we discovered that it to had been previously ripped open and shoved back into the box for us to discover. Our fun didn’t end there because we were then given the task of playing “here’s a mixed bag of nuts and screws” with the objective of figuring out what part goes where.. well your guess is as good as mine especially with the clock striking 1am on Christmas morning. It was at this point that we accepted defeat…..

We are completely disappointed! This is inexcusable.
