Used these twice this season. Once for skiing and another very heavy use during snow camping. I used these to build an igloo and they worked very well all day. By evening, the cold had creeped inside and I was not sure whether that was just cold or whether the water had seeped in so I stopped using them. Once back on terra firma, I realized the outside shell had become wet but inside was dry. And since the outer shell had become wet, the gloves felt incredibly cold on the inside. So 20.00 +/- for a pair of waterproof ski gloves. I thought there’s no way these will be crap and fully expected to spend 100.00 plus once I got to Colorado on another pair of gloves. Last week in winter park was the coldest I’ve skied in the 30+ years of skiing out west, 5 degrees at the base 0 degrees mid mountain and -24 wind chill, honestly it sucked with me being from Georgia and having thick blood. These gloves performed fantastic my hands rarely got cold it was more like chilled than actually cold and when that happened I’d pull my fingers into my gloves ball them up and they were warm again by the top of the lift. Excellent value, 4 days of skiing and no wear but it’s only 4 days I only ski about 8-10 days a year so I expect many years out of these gloves. Truly impressed ... show more
