Got the Grizzl-E Ultimate Level 2 80A/19.2 kW Charger installed on a 100amp breaker today. 1st Charge was Rockin’! Initial readings were: -MyGMC App estimated 7.5 hours to go from 25% to 100%. -Grizzl-E Connect app showed it’s pushing 79.98 amps. -11:30a to 7:30p It ran @ 19.2+kW all day. 25% to 100% in 7 hr 20 min. It sustained 79.9+ Amps the entire time. Amazing performance! Set-up was a breeze. I chose this brand because it was highly rated AND is compatible with my companies fuel card reimbursement program for home charging. It took my electricians 3.5 hours to install. Simple to connect and program via the Connect App. Serious high quality case. We have commercial AC units at thee of our offices and this device outperforms them all.

I installed this EVSE about six months ago and it has performed excellently. At this price point I was concerned about missing out on features or build quality, but that simply has not been the case. The app is intuitive and stable, and the EVSE itself just works. The cable is definitely thicker/heavier, but that kind of robustness is what you want if you're going to be pushing 80A for hours at a time. I have a Silverado EV, so I have been able to take advantage of the full 80A charging. I have also been able to use this with a NACS adapter to charge a Tesla without any issue.

Good customer support! I called for troubleshooting installation. The volt meter inside of it is a bit small. It would be nice if it was big enough to support #2 wire for when it has to be far from breaker box. Works great with 2024 Chevy Silverado RST EV. Love the fast charge.

Update: 1-6-2025 So STILL no call from support. I fully understand this charger won't charge at 80 amps on my 2024 lighting, thats a truck issue, but my charger still won't connect to the internet and despite emails asking for support I've got NOTHING from them. I even asked to speak to someone in legal, nothing. I guess I'll just file a small claims action and let them ignore that and get a judgement, I'll use that to get a different charger. So, I purchased this unit after looking online at options in the 100A range. To be clear not a lot of options!!!! So two things stand out now that I've spent $6,000.00 to ad 2-gauge wire across my property for the 100-amp service. 1) First thing that stands out is that I can't connect it to the internet. Thats HUGE deal because without a connection to the internet makes it a DUMB charger in that you can't control when it charges. Thats a BIG deal as it means you have to get up and plug it in and unplug it to get the right rates. The company position is (My internet is "to complicated" I run an eero network from amazon, normal stuff for sure 2) Second even thou it works it only charges at 46 amps not the 80 advertised. They are telling me it's an issue with my truck a 2024 F150 lightning, even though I can charge at north of 100 amps on other chargers. So, the tech basically told me to pound sand and hung up on me after an hour if tech support. We are going scorched earth now. I paid for something that does not do as advertised and spend a ton bringing 100A service to that garage. ZERO STARS and I'm going after them in small claims next.

Wow, I must say, I was really impressed with the workmanship of the complete unit. All the parts were as described online and were easy to assemble and install. The electrician stated it was very easy to connect the wired model and didn't require much time and effort. The product looks good, durable, steady, hard, safe, professional, and long-lasting. The EV app was easy to register and setup. It has many features and useful data and stats to keep you informed about electrical charging activity and usage, plus scheduling.

I use my Ford Lightning ER for frequent 100 mile commutes, therefore 200 mile round trip. The truck can make it, but upon getting home at 8pm, to be charged enough the next day I needed a much faster charger than provided by Ford (?35 amp I think). This charger is great. Easily installed (I had it professionally installed). It works without needing to set anything up, but it does have WiFi and can be controlled in more ways that I know. The charge rate in the truck often tells me I am charging at 81amp, so this charger is performing as expected. Also, made in Canada, so good workmanship/quality as would be expected. Addendum: at 1.5 years, item still going strong.

The charger itself is well made and fast charging. The app is not the best out there. And requires a bit of work to set up. You can use it without setting up the app and works great just plug and charge. I do recommend this charger. This is my first EV and love it so far. We have solar panels at home so will see if my bill goes up. It’s been a month now and I have seen no increase in my light bill.

Installation. Good instructions and customer support is very important that have both. Online application and control A good layout and fiction with minimal glitches no more than any other apple app. Charging The only reason you buy it. It works a well as my Tesla charger on both my model 3 and Silverado EV my Silverado can use the following power of 19.2 kw but I set it to 12.5 to extend the lifecycle of my battery and the charger. Heating It does get warm at full power. Water and weather resistant it’s outside and the unit is staying dry. I did use dielectric grease with the installation to lower the chances of arching. I hope this helps
