This is a solid grill constructed of heavy enough steel the allow for good heat retention. Like all charcoal smokers there is some trial and error adjusting air vents to control the cooking temperature. Charcoal tub is large and well ventilated enough to hold temperature for a long time. The rib rack is nice and the chicken rack will accommodate a chicken but also appears tall enough to hold a turkey. The side handles and latches make it a lot easier to move the smoker However the hooks are too small to use to heat meat for smoking. Drawbacks are that the thermometer is on top of the lid and away from the food where you can't see the temperature without standing over the smoker. The screws used to connect the bottom vents have spacers to prevent overtightening. This allows enough air in to prevent cutting off the air supply to save charcoal when done smoking. Also there is an air gap between the access door hinge and the side of the smoker. These air gaps can be closed and a another thermometer added and larger meat hooks bought. Once these things are done, the smoker will be better than more expensive grills. This smoker is a good value for the money and cooks as well as much more expensive bullet smokers

Great product and GREAT customer service!!!! The smoker is an A+ product. Well designed, perfect size and made very durable. Not cheaply made. It looks great, even sitting on my front porch (don't have a back porch). I also got a cover for it ($15.00) to keep it looking nice and last longer. Easy to assemble by just going step by step. Just make sure you use the correct screws on each part. The smoking process is perfect and it's easy to adjust the temperature with the vents on top and bottom and the thermometer that's on the top. .

This is a superior smoker. Holds a steady temperature. Four stars was only do to the width. My old smoker is wider. This one is a little taller.

Ive had it for over a year used often works great i make jerky frequently i love smoking a pork loin for smoked pulled pork tacos smoked bacon warped jalapeno poppers smoked the thanksgiving turkey and Christmas prime rib and much more. love this thing and for the price honestly amazing

Considering the accessories which aid in smoking ribs, chicken, turkey, etc this stand above most others. It is easy to assemble and has a solid built quality. It can also be used as a grill too.

This smoker is perfect for cooking those after work meals for the family on days when being outdoors is a must! It doesn't take up too much space, it's easy to assemble and it doesn't weigh a great deal! I absolutely love it and I'm very happy with this purchase!

Love this smoker because you get to each level very easily so add either coal or water. It also has a very large/deep area for a lot of coal which is great so you dont have to keep adding several times. The only negative is the aluminum/tin side door. It does not lay flat so you do loose heat/smoke. Thats the only cheap part. But everything else is made really nice and heavy duty.
