I love this washer machine! It is amazing. I would highly recommend this washer! Without hesitation. I had this washer for a few months now. I’ll be so bold to say I’ve even ‘abused’ it and what I mean by that is, I’ve accidentally overloaded it (which I don’t recommend you do) maybe once or twice & it still handled the load-clothes came out clean and machine works just as good. Some keys points, after washing drain the holes make sure there is not left over water staying behind & leave the top open for a few hours so the washer can air dry. That’s my recommendation-mines is looking new after all these months & works like new too!

Best Apartment Washer!!! It’s like the same size as a medium sized washer. You can barely hear it running. Leaves your clothes smelling amazing!! Gets the clothes about 95% dry and then I just hang them up in my closet and they’re dry by the morning! Definitely worth the money!

Just got my washer and I love it. Washed two loads so far and my clothes came out clean and soft. My only issue is that it leaks A-LOT from underneath during every wash cycle. I ordered plumbers tape to try to fix the leak in the plastic tube myself and I’m hoping that works as I love the washer overall. ***UPDATE*** I received my washer at the end of February. Here we are beginning of June and the thing has completely stopped working mid cycle with smells of burning rubber. Not even a full 4 months of use. A huge waste of money and piece of trash. I will never purchase from this seller again. I’d rather go to the laundromat.

It arrived intact with all parts. Had to go to a mom and pop hardware store to get an additional piece so I am able to hookup in the shower. Outside of that works very well. Only have it for a week or so currently. I have put only a single queen size comforter per load; washes and spin dries very well. To be safe I wouldn't suggest more than 1 blanket at a time as a load even though it may look to handle 2. Due to limited space i ove washere when not in use. Not really hard to move if can't lift i suggest a handtruck/dolly for easier moving.

It ate a piece of a razor blade I think. But it's been a good few months since. Makes a good rattle rattle rattle X3 when draining. Whatever. One day it'll finally cut through something aaaa I like the washer works well! Nice to have different settings. I use it for work to wash rags. some dirtier stuff too I don't want in my nice washers. Rings out really well! Reliable I'm sure I burnt the pump out because the first time I had set it up I extended the hose. So that was a bad idea. I don't reccomended that it didn't leak just standing water in a longer hose isn't the best for a long period of time. I set it up in my flat shower pan shower I don't use and ran part of the hose down the drain been working well since.

The media could not be loaded. I feel this washer is an excellent purchase. Unfortunately, after over a year the machine started to leak water from the bottom to the point that I had to lay plastic on my floor to protect it from the water when washing clothes. The machine also started to make a strange noise. The noise sounds similar to when you put a coin in a plastic container, put the lid on it, and shake it. This unit does not have an agitator so a simple fix of evening out the cloths in the washer is NOT the resolution. I emailed the seller. They responded, requesting that I send them a video of what I was experiencing. I sent an email and attached 3 videos. I then received a response back asking when the noise occurs, which I responded to when the water runs out for the rinse cycle. After providing this information, the seller stopped responding. I then contacted Amazon and asked them to send the seller a message. The seller contacted me asking for the same information I supplied the first time. I sent a copy of the original email. This time, when I attempted to attach the videos, they would not load with an error message referring to size. That did not happen on the original send. I relayed this information to them and asked if there was a location where I could upload the videos so that they could see what was happening. The response I got was a link to the seller page and to use the option to the right. That open is "ask a question" meaning to the seller. Turns out that is an auto-assistant with pre-defined answers. There is NO option to load a video there at all. At this point this has gone on for too long. i will end up having to find a local company to service this washer. Again, I love the machine but the customer needs to be better.

This washer is great , especially if you live on an apartment or home without w/d hook ups !!! It being bigger than we expected, is the only thing that I could complain about. It does a super job washing a good size load of laundry, and it looks like a high dollar appliance for an affordable price! My recommendation……….Buy this washer you’ll be happy with the purchase!
