Seems great so far! Took the kitties about 1.5 days to get the hang of it - they're (3 of them) area still pretty fascinated with it lol. Took about 5 mins max to put together and is 100% intuitive. Sensors work like magic and there doesn't seem to be any way for any injuries to the fur-babies. Changed the wasted bin, which collected everything without making any mess. 4 stars only because the one I received, the scale function is not working. A quick call to Amazon and a replacement will be here in less than 1 week ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was a bit worried about setup at first, but it turned out to be pretty simple. The instructions were clear and I had it ready in under 20 minutes. It actually looks much better than my old litter box and blends in nicely with my furniture. Its perfect for not over waight cats theres enough room for them to turn around inside, you have to find the right amount of litter to put in it and it definitely says to put clumpling litter I personally use TIGHT clumping and have it set to spin after 2 mins after my cats exit. The radar is very accurate so it dosent accidentally spin well the cat is in it and it stops immediately when you block the sensor. How do I get my money back? Cats will not touch this. Took forever to try to put together, directions were not clear in certain parts, so had to research on line. Wished someone had done an actual video of how to put all the pieces together. That would've been VERY helpful! Finally, got it all together after about an hour of frustration, and my cats will not use it at all. Over $200 for this!! Please, help. I bought bc I am getting my hips replaced and won't be able to bend to clean the regular litter box for a while. So, researched many different automatic litter boxes, I read all the reviews on this one, good and bad, and took a chance. It's been a few weeks and my cats have not touched it😒 I'm schedule to have hips replaced in less than two weeks and no success with this self cleaning box.
