The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical but after watching my cat use it not once but she kept going back I think we have a winner! Only took 7–10 minutes to set up was very easy to set up and I always like that I can monitor when it’s ready to throw the poopy litter away. I love how the waste goes right into the waste bag that I installed to the back. Can’t wait for my app to let me know when it’s time to dump. Happy customer***** UPDATE* I brought this back in May it’s now July and I still like it no complaints just know this thing can still have a slight smell to it especially while cleaning automatically but I wait until it’s done cleaning then add fresh litter and spray a towel with odor protector then wipe it down the insides completely. Sometimes while auto cleaning I get the message a foreign object is in it then I check and it’s clumped litter (no biggie) also I do like how the app tells me when my cats use it. Best part my cats love it they literally sit staring at me while I’m cleaning then once I’m done it’s like they both fight to get in it lol.. so if you’re skeptical on getting it, it’s actually a winner and takes the stress off from cleaning every 3 days yourself! ... show more

Set up easy, turned on and worked for one day. Now it won’t spin, clean or anything. Motor runs and it’s like it’s stuck. Cleaned out, disassembled then started over. After multiple attempts it still won’t spin. App is also useless. I wanted this to work so bad! Husband already threw box away. So bulky to try and return at this point not to mention bringing in a box that had cat feces and litter in it doesn’t seem very sanitary. I’m out the money and back to square one scooping in a regular box. Disappointing! ... show more

    • Bad power cord, customer service ghosted me!

I ordered 4 (FOUR) of these. One would not power up so we trouble shot it and discovered it was the power cord that wasn’t working. Reached out to their customer service and they requested screenshots of my purchases which I provided. Have not heard a word back from them as of yet. With poor customer service I will be returning all 4 of these by the end of the week if I do not hear back from them in a timely manner. ... show more
