This happens when you got more than 2 cats and if they really big cats it's to small for them to even use i have one big cat but it functions well for my smaller ones and it's good for one or even 2 small house cats but big cats or more than 3 is a no go thay simply won't fit and it leaks pee and is incredibly hard to deal clean it when poop sticks to the walls and the sensor is way to sensitive so takes for ever to clean it's self not worth it wish I could get a refund or something for it being so defective ... show more

I have to say I was a huge skeptic of these. I waited a very long time before getting one and didn't want to spend a lot of money on one. I'm very impressed with this unit. Wasn't expensive and does a great job. I have five adult cats, and I also foster kittens, and they all use it. You can set it to auto clean or turn it off and you can get the app on your phone and have it clean right from your phone. Tells you when the litter needs dumped too. There are a few annoying messages that you get on your phone. I haven't figured out how to try to turn them off, but i'm sure there's a way. I will be purchasing another automatic litter box, but i'm going to try a different one this time. One that is completely open on the front. My adult cats and my kittens have no issue with this one though. ... show more

The concept is a great one. The machine mostly works as promised. I have to agree with another user, the tracking does not work as promised. My phone is 5g so this will work slower for me. The app keeps telling me the bin is full however, it is not. I have one cat who eats prescription food so his bathroom use is on the low side. The hiccups in the app do not bother me because I just want it to clean the litter. I check it daily to ensure the bin is not full as the app says. I can’t pay 400-600 for a higher quality one and I see why someone might. Besides the hiccups in the app, my concern is the location of the bin. I think it would have served the design better, to be at the bottom as a pull out draw. I am giving 3 stars now and will update after several months. ... show more

The litter box was delivered on time. I will be returning to get a refund. There was no cord with the packaging. I used one of mine. It was really DIFFICULT to download the app. and connect it to Wi-Fi. There was NO indicator light as described in the instructions to install the app. I followed the instructions step by step. So far so good. I’m impressed how well this litter works, don’t actually have to had a whole lot of litter either which is great. Stays clean and does well with odor control. It’s bigger than I expected but it’s fine. I’m satisfied with it so far. I’ll come back to update if I find into any issues.
