Great quality for the price.
Size: 9FT
Color: Blue
I say in the case of this umbrella, it’s better qualify than you’d expect for the price. No, this is not a luxury style patio umbrella, the material is sort of thin. But the color is beautiful, it provides a good amount of shade, and has held up so far through multiple heavy rain storms where I live. If you are looking for a quality item with a really good price point, this is your umbrella. If your looking for the Mercedes of patio umbrellas, prob best to look at a higher price point.

The company redeemed itself very well.
Size: 9FT
Color: Brown
Upon submitting a 1-star review for this umbrella in August (broke on second use ironically a couple days outside the return/replacement timeframe), the company immediately reached out to me to rectify the situation by offering me a refund or replacement umbrella. The second umbrella has performed well, much better than the first. My 4-star review reflects a 5-star experience for excellent customer service (and a second umbrella that has worked well) reduced by one star for the first umbrella experience.

So far so good! And is as advertised!👌👍
Size: 9FT
Color: Red
The media could not be loaded. Got my umbrella the other day and finally got to take it out of the box and use it today. There are some reviews saying the fabric billows and I immediately checked upon delivery and thought “‘mannn they’re right, I hate to return this since I think I got it for a good price and it looks and feels good too”. So put it back in the box. Took it out again couple hours later to show my husband but upon further examination realized the metal ribs actually need to be extended so the fabric won’t billow. I hope this helps those who are contemplating on getting this. So far I like it. The only downside is that there’s no tie to fasten it down for when you have the umbrella closed but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m pretty sure I can find an easy fix for that around the house. I just bought this and it’s pretty new so I can give two thumbs up so far. I’ll update if things change. (I’m attaching a video showing what I’m talking about extending the ribs.)

Good Value
Size: 9FT
Color: Beige
Would have given it more stars but 2 things were wrong. During shipping the cloth at the end of one of the ribs had rubbed against the bottom pole which left a very dark black stain on the cloth which can not be removed--I tried a number of things. The rub also damaged the cloth itself so I wonder if will hold up at that point as long as the other rib ends. Also, trying to attache the bottom pole to the upper part was almost impossible. Upon checking what was happening I determined that there was a raised area where the upper pole was apparently welded together that was stopping it. I fortunately had a round file and filed that area down and it is now working as it should have been. I do like the size and the fact that it has a greater number of ribs which makes it more uniform when using it. The problems were not worth sending it back but just made it disappointing.

Get One!
Size: 9FT
Color: Grey
This is a wonderful umbrella for the money! The fact that it arrived quickly was a plus. There were many colors from which to choose and I finally ended up with this grey. It is awesome. I picked the light grey hoping the fade from the Florida sun would be less than it would be with a darker color. So far, so good. The umbrella’s span is perfect, easy to install, and the material is very nice. Nice price, too.

Nice patio umbrella at a decent price!
Size: 9FT
Color: Black
I searched for a nice black umbrella for several weeks before choosing this one. I wanted the 9ft with the tilt option but could not find one with decent reviews. I ended up purchasing this one and just hoped for the best. I'm very pleased with it so far. It covers well, the tilt function works when I need it to, and the black color compliments my patio decor beautifully. The bonus was that it wasn't very expensive.

High quality patio umbrella
Size: 9FT
Color: Black
Perfect black patio umbrella! Must buy. It's huge, sturdy, and economical. It's heavy so we don't use a umbrella stand. If you aren't home during the day, check your weather forecast regularly to avoid wind damage. Or be like us and close your umbrella every night. We take really good care of our outdoor furniture and bring everything inside our breezeway when inclement weather (high wind, thunderstorms) is coming.

Wow!
Size: 9FT
Color: White
Absolutely gorgeous 9 foot, sturdy (and heavy!), well made umbrella. Took a week to get from the West Coast to the East Coast but looks like it's worth it. Love the crisp white color, reflects the sun on my deck and keeps my double doors off the porch nice and shaded. I would definitely close it at the end of the day because it is heavy if it blew over. Love the tilting feature. I will absolutely follow up if there are any problems. Hope not. Love it!
