The build quality is extremally high. Let me first qualify this by saying that we've only used the pans about 10 times so far. From this limited experience, I can say they are 99% non-stick. Eggs, no issues. Steaks, no issues. Veggies, no issues. The only slight (and I mean slight) bit of sticking came from the most sticky thing I know of: burnt turkey grease. And even this wiped off with a paper towel and about 30 seconds of effort. ... show more
