Update: The original came with a broken plastic case. This created a safety hazard. We weren't aware until we tried to mount on the wall. However, returning was quick and easy. We ordered another of the same model and it came quickly too. This one is not broken and works well. It charges our vehicle quickly at 32amp. More importantly, the customer service for the company is outstanding. They reached out with concern and provided prompt communication. They refunded the difference between cost of the two purchases as the first purchase had a larger coupon. Overall, I'm very impressed with the company and product.

Excellent product. Works exactly as advertised and exactly like my original Tesla Charger. Running at 32A, the unit delivered 31 miles per hour of charge!!! The charger maintained the 32A for the entire charge until my charge limit was reached. The product was delivered on time and packaging was excellent. It comes with a wall mount for the charger and the handle. At this price, it would be great to get a second one and keep one mounted in the garage, the other in the car for emergencies. The display is quite useful for those that like to monitor the charging. The unit plugged right into the charge port, locked, and then unlocked just as it should. Cord length was useful as it allowed me to plug in and charge while another car was in the driveway. Highly recommend for anybody needing a backup or replacement Tesla Charger.

The charger comes with a bag and mounting system. It's robust, works flawlessly, and have additional feature such as a screen and ability to schedule charging sessions that the original doesn't have. Scheduling charges make it very convenient with the tiered rates for the electricity. I like the included mounting system as it's more robust and also easy to install. It organizes cable and makes less mess in garage. Overall recommend the charger as it's a very handy alternative for the original one. Only one suggestion I have is to add more prominent button for releasing the charger from the charging port.

I really wanted to like this item as it has all the other things I want. It has robust mounting hardware, NEMA 14-50, 32 Amps, and a NACS dock and cord hanger. However, it lacks the feature that I want: a button to unlock and disengage charging on the charging plug handle. This may be superfluous, but it is super important because I don't want to have my phone out or go inside my vehicle to unlock the charge port.

Contrary to some reviews the handle button DOES open the Tesla charging port, checked with 2 of mine and they open if you hold / press it. I can't seem to figure out a way to give multiple people access to it in the app though, which would be nice for everyone in the house to be able to enable it by the app. That's the only downside really, 11KW strong and works fine otherwise, just the app problem.
