So, the plastic elbows are not nearly strong enough to support the canopy. They are supposed to support the arms that suspend the canopy up or down. They do not tighten enough or the elbows or whatever you call them, they bend, strip, slide down from the canopy weight. I am holding this canopy up with a frame I am building to support it. Looks nice but isn’t worth it. They do not have replacement parts. Beware.

Took a little less than an hour to install working slowly by myself. No missing hardware. I like it. The steel parts of the frame are indeed a bit thicker than other awning stuff I’ve bought in the past, which is nice; and the powder coat seems pretty robust so it should hold up for a few seasons. Things to note: the fabric isn’t back-coated so I’m guessing this will be rain resistant but maybe not great for a downpour. Also, the weakest link are the plastic hardware parts. It’s that type of black plastic that to-go containers are made from… kind of flimsy and I’m worried that over time direct sun/UV will make them brittle. Overall though, I like it a lot and I’m happy I bought this particular one.

I am 69 years old and was able to assemble by myself. I did need my husbands help to stand it up and adjust the height. Appears to be nicely made. However part “M” is bent. We will try to find one at the hardware store.

I regret buying this, horrible assembly, terrible instructions. Very difficult. I would return it but I threw the carton away. It fell over many times hitting me in the head and the last time it broke all of my orchid pots. I hate this thing.
