The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this Govee Outdoor lamp post. The quality is outstanding, it's extremely sturdy with great weight to it so it can withstand the extreme wind, cold, rain and snow of NW Iowa. It's already been tested through blizzard conditions with over 50mph winds and still ran flawlessly. My only real gripes would be the price is a little high for my budget, otherwise I would have bought two more! The other one is my only ding for the lamp would be that I wish it was a little higher up. This lamp puts on a great light show if you want, or just a steady bright color of your choice. Right now I have it matching my Govee Outdoor lights which is why it's jumping around in the video. Thanks again Govee for the great product! ... show more

    • High quality for the steepish price.
The lamp has a place of honor on my deck, where it swirls with color on holidays, and provides nice warm white illumination the rest of the time. Easy to assemble, and with typical Govee reliability and quality. The water back provided for weight is a novel solution, but it works.

    • Cheap, limited range motion sensors
I was excited about these lamp posts being released. I wanted to add two to my yard mainly for security lighting since they have built-in motion sensors. However, after receiving them and testing one out, I found that Govee uses their distributed gateway to connect the motion sensor feature, and they have a limit of 10 connections. I'm at the max so I cannot use the motion sensors. Very disappointed that Govee would charge so much for this light, then use their cheap, limited range, limited connection, for the motions sensors. They need to do better. Unfortunately I have to send these back as they are completely useless to me. ... show more

These are just overpriced THe tower is very flimsy the lights look like cheap lights I got it on sale and its clearly not worth that asking price. and you'd really would want to have it to pay full current price of it. I was lucky to get it during the extended return window and back it went. jDidnt bother using the motion detection or other features as i wsasnt impresed with how it worked or looked., Goovee has made some decent stuff but this is a hard pass. ... show more

I slapped this Govee lamp post outside, and now my backyard parties look like Coachella’s chill cousin. Bright, colorful, and smartly lit. The RGBIC zones and prism tech banish the dead spots, while the sensors save me from fumbling with switches in the dark. It survived a torrential downpour AND a heatwave (Florida, it’s you I’m looking at), and is still standing proud.
