The media could not be loaded. We seem to lose power at the worst possible times - almost always after the sun goes down - so having reliable lighting on hand is a must. These lanterns have turned out to be one of those “buy once, keep forever” items. They’re incredibly simple to use. Just pop them open and they turn on instantly, throwing off enough light to easily illuminate an entire room. The 360-degree light makes a big difference compared to flashlights that only point one direction. During outages, one lantern per room works perfectly - and with a 4-pack, that covers most of the house without scrambling. They’re lightweight, portable, and easy to move around. The grey color says “these have a purpose.” We’ve also used them outside while working in the dark, and they’re bright enough to be genuinely useful, not just “emergency dim.” Battery life has been solid so far, and I like that they run on standard AA batteries - no special chargers or cables to worry about. The collapsible design makes storage easy, and the handles are handy for carrying or hanging if needed. Overall, they feel well-made, reliable, and practical - exactly what you want in an emergency light. These little lanterns are a wonderful addition to any family that lives where storms or power outages occur. We have one in our shelter and one in every room of the house. Just one of these little guys will light your entire space, even a large room. For 25 dollars, you can't beat the value of these. They can sit or hang, dependent on how and where you are using them. Will buy another set just to have them. GREAT VALUE! Highly recommended.

So this winter I had a pretty big winter storm. Something we in the south are not impressed with. So I ordered these with batter operated lights and they are truly amazing! They are so bright and they are easy to set up. I just checked them prior to writing this and the batteries are still running strong. These are great for crummy weather, camping, walking out to the barn at night… nothing bad about them!

Great lamps, and as my wife thought..."how cute"! Extremely bright. I bought the pack of 4 to use in various places within the camp site. It is compact, easy to pack, and can replace some of the more expensive and bulkier lanterns. I like that fact that you don't have to search for an "on and off" button. Just pull on the handle and body and the light appears. And if you do it slowly...you can use it as a prop to start your kids talent show. I like these.

These are great little lanterns. I bought 4 because I've had them before. 3 AA batteries for power. Good light output without being blinding. I set a couple around our camp kitchen for night cooking. Provided plenty of light to bbq without blinding everyone around camp. They slide open to turn on and slide closed to turn off. We camped for 5 days and batteries lasted the whole trip.

These are great! The light is very bright and you can adjust it easily to have a little light or a lot (the light cover telescopes). Fully opened, it provides quite a bit of light if the power is out. It's easy to install the batteries (not included). These are lightweight and easy to carry. There are a lot of different color combinations to match your decor. We got the 4 pack so we can have them all over the house in the event of an outage (we live in an area prone to tornados). The size is good too. It's about the size of a can of vegetables. We are very happy with our purchase!
