I was skeptical at first. When I bought these lights Because I wasn't sure what color the light was going to be if it was going to be bright. Or warm so I went to go. Buy some seahooks to put in my fence. It took me a while but I was able to put up the lights. I couldn't wait for it to get dark. So I could plug in the lights to see how it would look. Having people over this weekend, need light but not bright light. Out of the box these are the perfect brightness. It took 5 minutes to untangle them. I ran mousing wire (skinny stainless steel wire) where I wanted them, hooked the lights to the wire (these have little hooks on them). I measured about 194.5 ft of space to cover. I ordered 200’. Where I connected each 100’ reel, I left about 3’ in between, just like the entire set. (Because the lead wire you plug in is ~6 ft long with no wire.) (when connecting them I rolled it up nice and spaced it 3’ apart) I wound up somehow getting 200’ perfectly set with no excess or coming up short. I was in heaven. BSo far. So good. ... show more

Easy to install. Just bright enough. Lights are plastic and won't break easily. Comes with plenty of spares. I suggest getting the kit to install (wire, hardware, etc.) which prevents going back/forth to hardware store.

They don't have that quality professional look to them. However they were just 40.00 . You can't expect too much for that price. They work and dimm with external dimmer. No one is going to stare at the lights once on and you get used to it. You can see the difference in my old Edison light in the back and the new ones closer to the camera. ... show more

Great lights. no need to worry about glass breakage. I used 300 ft of lights for my yard. strug wire and easily looped the lights onto it.
