I like that these lights have so many options with white or colored lights and also has a dimming effect. My only shortfall with these would be that there’s no “breathing” effect for the white lights which would be what I would use it for most. I don’t want flashing strobe lights but would really have appreciated a slow “breathing” of the white lights to make my tree shimmer. UPDATE: My lights stopped working after 2 months of storing them. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. Very happy with the company and their one year warranty, the new lights work great. They are such a beautiful product, I really prefer these over the traditional tree light bulbs that are more pointy, these feel more magical.

I ordered the Ollny Christmas Lights, 210FT with 640 LEDs, and they are incredible! I only ended up using about 3/4 of the strand to fully wrap and light up my entire tree. The coverage is amazing, and the lights look so full and evenly spaced. The color options are gorgeous, and the 11 lighting modes make it easy to switch from calm and cozy to fun and festive. I love that there’s a dimming and brightness feature too—it lets you set the exact vibe you want. The remote makes everything so convenient, and the quality of the lights feels really solid. These lights transformed my tree this year. It looks absolutely magical. I’m genuinely impressed and would 100% buy from Ollny again!

Update 1/21/24: The seller reached out and explained the length issue was due to changing the light spacing. It's still same number of lights, but they're a little closer together, so the new strand isn't as long as my old one. They also sent me a replacement control unit. Interestingly this one was the old boxy style like my old set had. The new controller looked sort of like a white doorbell button. Anyways, I swapped out the control unit and now the set is working as expected. The timer function is working perfectly again! Still disappointing it kinda messed up my holiday lighting this last year, but at least the seller corrected the issue. I should have reached out earlier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My first set lasted 2 years, no problems. Wrapped almost all the way around the house. Timer function was amazing, like clockwork. Left it on December thru February to help light the dark months a bit. Ordered the exact same set this last fall. Got them up a week before Christmas. First thing I notice is that the string ended at least 60 ft short, basically not going across the back of my house at all. Then within a few days, I realize the timer is not working. The light stays on red or green depending what timer you started, but the lights do not follow the correct 6/18 or 8/16 hour interval. I set it at 5:30pm, next evening they are not on. I mess with this over and over for two weeks. Having to manually turn them on for the couple days we had family during the holidays, which totally defeats the purpose of having this set. Without a reliable timer, they were not worth putting up. That's the whole reason I bought a second set.

We purchased a string of these lights three years ago and have gotten great use from them. Since we were refreshing our patio, and a few of the lights were no longer working, we ordered a new string of these lights. We enjoy the variety of lighting options this product provides - different frequencies of white, multi-colored, pastel, blinking at various intervals, etc. The lights are small, but bright, warm, and cheery. We like the length of the string as it prevents us from having to plug multiple strings together. The control has a little trouble working through double-paned glass, but we have a dog door patio door insert with single-paned glass and it works just fine through it. The way the lights are packaged helps keep them untangled during installation. This product is a great value.

If you ask a question more then once they block you. They give you the same answer and then will not respond. I was direct in my questions because I was getting odd responses and unclear communication. I asked for clarification when i followed up they blocked my email address. We have purchased seven sets of these lights and have 3 free sets, and have been customers for 5 years and dedicated to their products. The control boxes KEEP going out and when you tell them they are out they at one point were good about customer service. NOW not so much. They treat you like you are being dishonest about Christmas lights. They ask you to jump through hoops even though you already gave them everything they asked for (order numbers and links). Then to top it all off when you ask them to stand behind the warranty on their website and amazon, or ask for a supervisor because you need the issue solved; they BLOCK your email address. This is absolutely the worst customer service. I was willing to work with them. We have 5 sets out because of rain and snow. All brand new. Two were free from filling out there surveys as a good customer, they will not guarantee those, FYI. Then we bought three new sets and all three sets are out the same problems as before the white boxes do not work because of weather (rain and snow). My original email had everything, I sent them all our order numbers, I sent them our address, they said they would only send one replacement set. I asked why and if they could not answer it to escalate me to a supervisor and I was blocked. I did say we were not able to resolve the issue I would leave feedback for others here. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY!!!!! THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE ONE SET!!!. I do not even want the whole set just send me the replacement white boxes. That is the broken piece I have no need for all the extra lights. Beware of buying.

Used 4 sets of these lights in the trees in the attached photo. They look great to me! They have done very well as outdoor lights in quite varied weather. In addition, after about a month one of the light control boxes started to go and the lights on the one strand would turn off. I sent a support ticket to Ollny and they immediately sent me a replacement control box. They responded within 24 hours and didn't ask me for lots of information to process a replacement. Very good support. Even cooler, these light sets are modular - so I didn't have to remove the lights from the tree, which would be a lot of work. Instead, I just swapped out the control box at the plug and everything worked good as new. Two notes about the control box that are worth noting: 1. To use the remote control you have to point it directly at the control box and be within a reasonable distance. For outdoor use it is probably insufficient to stand in your house and hope to use the control from indoors. 2. The remotes for the lights are interchangeable if you have multiple sets. This allowed me to change a tree at once despite being two strands with two control boxes, which I liked.
