Our busy family of five loved our old air fryer but I was looking for something more than the basic model we had of another brand and I also hoped to clear up some counter space! I landed on the Gourmia Digital Air Fryer & Waffle Maker and our family has been using it morning and night! We are a big breakfast family, no cereal (not bad, just not our staple) stand alone breakfast for us. My husband (who is in charge of breakfast), was excited to expand his use of his favorite countertop kitchen appliance & whipped up a batch of gluten free waffle batter to try out this function of the Goirmia air fryer. He typically has a hard time getting the internal soft consistency and external crispness I really love for my waffles, but the waffle iron insert and the adjustable browning function gave us the perfect result. The air fryer is also super easy to clean and move onto the next item on your cooking agenda for multiple uses for one meal or subsequent meals later in the day. The Gourmia air fryer and waffle maker is a very sleek, compact, and easy-to-use product. It is designed beautifully and is very quiet. I received this item a few weeks ago and I have been using it to make dinner since. I have air-fried cubed potatoes, fries, chicken nuggets, burgers, and many more delicious dishes. In addition to dinner, I have made breakfast waffles in the machine plenty of times and it comes out with the perfect crisp and does not dry out. I’m always excited to try new things in this air fryer and it never fails to make delicious food that's crispy and moist. The air fryer is very easy to use and I love the feature that it beeps when it is done to tell you your food is ready. It gives the food a great crisp and can be set at any temperature that you feel is right. This is also a great way to conserve your time and energy as it splits the cooking time in half.
