This is a game-changer for RV campouts. My wife wanted a washer/dryer combo for our new RV, but the (online discussion) recommended solution was very expensive. After extensive searching and a little trial and error, I was able to find a combination that works for me and my wife. This dryer was the key to the solution; not too large, but powerful enough to dry a full load of clothes in a reasonable time frame. In fact, this little unit works as well (or better) than our full size gas dryer at home - not the same load size, but a similar drying time. Bottom line, if you need a great dryer for your RV (or apartment) this one is a great solution!

The media could not be loaded. I had this compact dryer for almost year. I was impressed that I was able to fit a queen size comforter. It's decently quiet for a small dryer. There were issues that are fixable. Overall, it does a good job for drying. Here are the issues: The external vent hole gets easily clogged with lint after 3-5 loads (load size varies). This needs to be cleaned out in order for the heat and air flow to work better. Be aware that the plastic catcher inside the external vent is annoying to pull lint out. The plastic flexible dryer snake vent does get lint trapped in the grooves. Will require to be cleaned out to reduce fire hazard and moldy smell. Side Note: Be aware that it's a 3.5 inch diameter external vent and snake vent. I bought an indoor dryer lint catcher kit and it's standard size is 4 inches in diameter.

This was a nice little dryer. I loved it. Ran very quiet and dried relatively quick. I said was because after 3 months it just stopped for no apparent reason. I contacted Ctt. They helped me to trouble shoot. It was determined that it was the power supply. They immediately sent out a replacement. Which is now lost in the FEDEX universe. Very upset with Fedex at this point in time. However CTT customer service was very easy to talk with and responded in rapid time. Stay away from FEDEX. I need them to find and deliver my dryer or pay for a new one.

If I could rate zero stars I would… this item came late and it doesn’t get hot it’s cold air and it doesn’t have reverse tumble as advertised… it wasn’t easy getting it out of the box the back vent hose is very cheap thin quality and the inside filter doesn’t come off easy it’s very hard to remove to clean

Update Customer service reached out to me and we sorted it out, after checking the exhaust pipe and cleaning it the leakage has stopped and dryer is back working well, great customer service Hello Writing here because I can not find a way to send a direct message to the seller, dryer was working great for some weeks and now is leaking water from the bottom, I do have the vent set up to the outside, I need to know what could possibly be causing a leakage and what can be done, I am hoping the seller will contact me after reading so many reviews talking about their great customer service, I will update this review after we can sort this out

Works great but was in box dented and something is rattling. Drys very fast but it looks like it was dropped because there are dents on two bottom corners and something rattling but the box wasn’t damaged . I don’t want to deal with shipping back so keeping it because it still works great!

I spent a lot of time trying to decide which dryer to order & I ultimately went with this one, because it was 1 of my wishlist items & it was significantly cheaper compared to others I had saved. It dries a decent amount of clothes & gets pretty hot when it's drying & that was 1 of my biggest concerns, not knowing if it would dry my clothes in a decent time frame. Sounds like a normal dryer, just a tiny bit lower. The hose that connects to the dryer is plastic? And fairly small in diameter, about 3.5inch and so it makes it a little harder to find a hose extension to be able to run the hose out of my window.
