I made Chicken Parmesan. It came out restaurant quality. Lightly browned cheese and crispy chicken. I should have taken a picture but I was so excited to try it that I forgot. I got the silicone liners so cleanup was a breeze. It is black so it fit right in with my other appliances and sits nicely on my counter. The buttons on the front are clear and easy to read. So good that I bought one for my Mom. It's a great little Air Fryer. Small Profile: It doesn't take over your countertops. Easy to Use: The interface is intuitive with clearly labeled functions. It could be made even easier with a redesign, for example by adding a keypad for entering the time and temp, but it's still pretty darned easy. Easy to Clean: I did some research on air fryers before purchasing one because I wanted to make sure it would be useful in real life. The bucket style design of this air fryer means that any mess from your cooking stays in the bucket. You never have to dig into the device with a toothbrush and a rag to try and extricate little bits and bobs from the innards. Most of the time, in fact, the non-stick bucket comes clean with just a rinse and a drop of soap. But, it's also dishwasher safe for those occasions when you'd rather let a machine do the work. This is huge, because a time saving device is unhelpful if the cleanup is hard. This air fryer is useful in real life. Lightweight: I store mine on top of the fridge. It weighs very little so it's no problem to plunk it on the counter when it's time to cook, and then put it back when it's done. Lots of Modes: It's versatile. You can do a lot more than frozen cheese sticks in this cooker. (Although cheese sticks are yummy.) I highly recommend an air fryer in general, and this one in particular, if you do a lot of cooking for just yourself and maybe one other person. It's so great to cook up some fish and not spend half an hour cleaning out your pans and stove after dinner. It doesn't heat up the whole kitchen, it doesn't waste energy, and your food will be ready before most conventional ovens would even get up to temperature. This is my second air fryer I’ve owned. The ninja foodi failed for me. I bought this Gourmia 4qt instead. It works well and fast. It preheats really fast. I like the buttons for air fry, bacon, reheat and roast. It reheats nicely. I don’t think it makes great toast. I prefer my toaster, which is faster. I miss a “toast” setting on the air fryer. The capacity is enough for 1-2 servings really. I often have to run a second batch for the 2 of us. It fits 5 bacon strips (sort of) or 3 potato cakes. I tried to make 3 muffins, tops were a little too done. I will hopefully perfect that. The process of actually cooking is very simple and effortless. I appreciate the turn reminder, because it seems I need to flip things a lot. I don’t like that the fryer must reheat if it counts down to 0, but I want to put in something else or my food isn’t quite done. But I can work around that. Don’t trust it’s suggested times on the device. Watch/check your food instead. I only wish the capacity was slightly larger. I dislike this monstrosity on my counter, but it’s not *too* ugly. Since purchasing, I have only used my oven for a large pizza. I am going to go purchase some accessories now. Maybe a second rack would be the thing for me. ... show more
