Now yall I hesitated on which brand of these to try going off others reviews. Please don’t hesitate to get these. They were perfect for walking around in heels on our wedding! make sure you put your foot in the heel first and stick the pad under to see where you want it first…while standing too!! Hold it in place (don’t peel off yet) once you have it where you want it keep holding in place and only peel the top to stick then peel the rest of the way down. (Like how you would put on a cell phone screen protector lol) Hope this helps

I used the insole in my 5 inch over the knee boots and wore the boots all night!! The one downside is the adhesive, it was hard to remove the insole the next day. But they are comfortable!

I wore these to wear with my open toed sandal with heels as my toes would slip out from the shoe from sweat etc. I wore it for a concert that I was standing, dancing and walking for almost 4 hours. It never came off, helped with feet sliding out, and did not come off easy when I tried to take it out of the shoe, so it has great adhesive that is still safe for the shoe. However, because of its thickness, it made my shoes extremely tight on me, that it caused cuts on the side of my toes from the heel straps. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for something to keep your toes from slipping out and your heels don’t have a way to make less tighter. If only it was a tad bit less thick, it would’ve been perfect.
