Excellent quality! I've been using it for months now and it is the best fryer I've ever had for my pop up business. I fry about 120 lbs of French fries every 2.5-3 hours and this baby keeps up! I will be buying more for additional business locations. All others I have bought over the last couple years fail in comparison to this. The heat from this bad boy is amazing. I wanted a propane deeper fryer I can use outside. I looked at the local restaurant supply store and they were close to $1000. Granted, they were commercial models, primarily for food trucks, even so, they seemed over priced. I decided to check Amazon, and found this. The price was great and since it is easy to return if I'm not satisfied, I decided to buy it. I'm happy with it. The good; Very sturdy, dual cooking compartments, easy to assemble, easy to replace oil and easy to clean. Other considerations. The oil compartments are pretty thin metal, so I would assume they might need to be replaced in the future, but so far, they are fine. Also, there is no thermostatic control so you need to use the provided thermometer and adjust the temperature control. Note that the oil gets hot enough on low to make French Fries. I can't imagine what would happen on high. My one caution is to pay close attention to the oil temp.

Not sure if I got a bad one but this fryer is not good. One side does not heat the other side heats up to over 600 degrees in the danger zone. When I put it on low it stayed at 600 degrees which is a hazard and risk of catching fire. The flames started shooting out around the the knobs and that’s when turn it off. You had to turn it off with the propane cause it would shut down. Lighting it is very scary u can’t light it on low I have to turn it up a little and bam it’s lit now the other side. It lit the other side on low but when u turned it up the other side blows out. Total piece of junk that belongs in the trash. And it’s not safe for those who are not fryer savvy. I have a catering business and didn’t want to take my commercials fryers to cook for ten people wings and fries only. I had to go to the stove and cook them ten at at time 200 wings and fries. Total waste. My suggestion spend the money get something durable with a great review.
