I was worried it wouldn't give enough shade but to my surprise its been perfect, giving some much needed shade to our front door area. I ordered the 20 x 20 and I was really impressed with the quality. When installing, you have to really pull the tension very tightly in order to avoid sag and it held up nicely to the tension. Provides great shade for our fire pit area. It was easy to hang. This was actually a replacement for previous one that we had that the birds did a pretty bad number on. It keeps this area cooler on these very hot days!
