I'm 5'8 it is a little small but it's still pretty bad ass. I really like it, I use this for lower abs, upper abs and incline and decline dumbbell exercises i got rig of my weight bench and now i just use this, dumbbells' and body weight.... wayyyyy better now.

Nice quality and easy to assemble. I weight ~210 lbs and it is sturdy enough for me. My only problem is that my head is off the back of the bench when I am doing situps. Probably not a problem if you are on a carpet, but I use a blanket at the back where my head would hit the garage floor.

It looks good and utilitarian. I will use and keep because I am too lazy to send back but I was a bit disappointed. It is well made and I use for my exercise bands, use with a pillow. Has parts to it that I don't know why they are there.?

I like how compact it is, it can be even folded when not used. And the cushions are very comfortable, easy to assemble. What I don’t like about this is that it’s actually a bit small and short for men. My husband doesn’t like sitting on it but I do! Haha

The media could not be loaded. Upon receiving a few months ago I was really impressed. Today I got about 12 sit-ups out of 100 that I do daily and suddenly found myself on the concrete on my back looking at my ceiling. I’ve requested a replacement or refund. I’ll update once I hear back from seller/manufacture. From a safety standpoint, I DO NOT recommend this for anyone over 150#. See photos and video. I’m 6’1” 190lbs. So not a very big guy. I got it back in July or August 2022.

This is adjustable so as u get stronger u can adjust.It is small enough 2 fold easy 2 use.and let's face it if it is easy 2 use we use it.I am 64 and I love it first time I've been able 2 do sit ups!
