Water heating functionality is very poor. Water does not get heated even by 1 degree, after 5 to 6 hours of running it in summer when the outside temperature is 85 degrees. In addition the unit came with some defect, the connections are not water tight and there is water leakage. The Product support only asked a number of questions, but no solution to the problem. So I think I figured out why it wasn't warming up, there is this little black round thing that cover the water jet from the heater that you have to take off. Try that!
