Having a plug-in hybrid is great but sometimes it’s hard to find a charger especially when visiting family and friends. But this portable charger from Ampure has been such a game changer - It’s so compact and simple. Just plug the charger into the outlet and then plug the other end into your car. It comes with a level one and level two charger and even if you’re not fully at 100% by the time you head out it’s still better than nothing!

When searching for a new EV charger - I wanted to find one that provided a quick charge and also one that can be used indoors or outdoors. I did some comparing and I kept coming back to this set made by the AMPURE store. I found that this level 2 charger was engineered to meet the needs of consumers who want a fast and reliable charge. Nema 14-50, this charger has proved to be reliable and I've not had any issues with mechanical or tech failures. This is "ENERGY STAR" certified and made with premium grade materials. *Special features: 20 Foot charging cable- LEVEL 1 or 2 charger-indoors/outdoor usage- Universal fit with SAEJ1772 compatible *all weather usage - Ip67 Water resistant rating *Dual voltage *Compatible with all US EV's and plug-in hybrids sold in the USA *Carrying case for easy storage All in all, I find that the engineer did a really nice job with this EV charger. I bought the Ampure Portable Car Charger as a backup, and it’s already saved me from a low-battery panic. It’s easy to use, compact enough to store in the trunk, and gives just enough charge to reach a nearby station. It’s not super fast, but it does exactly what it promises. If you drive a Tesla and worry about range, this is a smart investment!

Looking for a charger takes time and effort. Coming across this charger was great because of the fast charging capabilities. I’m able to charge at home and at work without any issues. I love the option it gives for the level 1 and 2 charge sources. It’s sturdy and easy to use.
