I lift alone and primarily bought this because of its built-in spotter. The adjustable lap bar is great for heavy lat pull-downs. So many exercises can be done with this machine. Overall, I am very satisfied. My only dislike is that the range of motion for military press forces you to face your bench towards the machine. There's really no comfortable way to get into, or out of, the seated position for this exercise with the bench in that orientation. The fixed fulcrum also makes squats uncomfortable. Another annoyance is you start at the bottom of the movement where the most resistance is. That has nothing to do with this manufacturer, it's inherent to lever-based gyms. So I won't let that affect my rating of this machine as a product. I have several GWMD machines now and I love using all of them. Great value. Good quality. ... show more
