  • Quick Adjustable Seat & Backrest Linked adjustment moves seat and backrest together no multiple steps needed. Seven angles from 0 to 85 support bench press, incline press, and shoulder press, making exercise transitions effortless.

It works great! Love it and the versatility is amazing. I am only giving it 3 stars because I noticed with the arm joints, the ones that come pre-greased they slide out eventually. I've had to hammer it back in and keep re-tighting the bolts. I'm not using crazy weight (2 45s on each side) or slamming down on the way down, so not sure if I am the only one having this issue. Besides that it does what I need it to do. So if you get it this may be something you notice. The pic is what slides out. ... show more

Almost a 5/5. Action is smooth and similar to dumbbell presses but can add more weight safely. A few downsides. I like to do dumbbell shoulder presses with a more neutral grip however cannot reach back far enough with these handles. I have added gauge grips that help. The machine is stable if used correctly. I have had a few episodes of getting a bit off the bench training to failure and it seemed unsteady without that counterbalance. I ordered mini front foot extensions and had the attachment removed and rotated 90 degrees and bolted on. I can now do some rows and shoulder shrugs. ... show more

    • Great machine..

Bought this to add to my home gym. If you are struggling to progress solo on dumbell incline chest or shoulder presses, this is great! I no longer have to struggle to get the heavier dumbells into position to perform the excersise. The arms have a nice natural movement patern as well.
