I had to come here immediately to update my review. I originally ordered a 50' hose, but the one I received was 25' mislabeled as a 50'. I bought this one to replace a 25' one I already owned that was too short. I went to use it and realized it's 25' too. Disappointed and used to so many companies that have an "oh well" mentality and with me past my return date, expected nothing at all. (It's been raining so much where I live, I hadn't gotten a chance to use it.) Well I came here upset and left an honest, but frustrated review. This company didn't just ignore it though, they reached out and were going to refund my money!! Now I wasn't ok with that either, because I don't want to take advantage - I just want what I paid for. The hose works great, it's just too short! It's kink free and seems to be great quality! So they've done exactly what a great company will do and took care of my issue and they're doing exactly what I need. Sending me the other 25' of hose I'm missing and needing! I'm amazed really!! Thanks so much for a great product and customer service to match!!

I'm impressed. The hose and fittings are great quality, they are heavy and seem to be quite sturdy. Time will tell for sure, but it seems like it is built to last. My husband wanted a short hose to keep attached to the spigot just for quick fill ups and washing his hands. I never knew there were short hoses. Sure enough, I found this one and it did not disappoint.

Good quality lead in. Shortly after installing, we experienced a leak and reached out to the seller. Due to it being a weekend, it was a delayed response but once we heard back they promptly and eagerly resolved the issue by sending a replacement which has been working beautifully since. The length is great, fittings are secure and I even like the plain jane color-a nice neutral color to blend in not like these neon highlighter ones I keep seeing. Great overall experience!
