This is my second purchase of this hose and I couldn't be happier with the way it works. My first purchase ended up being a problem because the hose fitting that connects to the bib was so poorly constructed that it came apart on the first use. I had to use my own hose clamp to fix it. The company made good on the issue and provided me with a new hose at no cost. The replacement was constructed differently and it works perfectly. This latest hose is even better because they eliminated the plastic sleeve that wraps around the fitting and replaced it with an all metal version that appears to be very durable. I am very impressed with this company and can fully endorse their hose products.

The hose itself is nice (flexible, yet sturdy) but connection came apart on first hot/warm day in the sun. Update: I was immediately contacted by the seller, Giraffe, upon posting this and they have refunded my purchase (mainly due to the fact that I had already thrown the hose into the trash). I removed the statement "but poorly crafted" from the headline and some other verbiage since it may have been operator (me) error in the construction. It seems either I inadvertently loosened the connector or it came slightly loose. While I will say one should take care with the connector, it all works as designed. As the headline reads - THIS IS A NICE HOSE! I even purchased two more slightly longer that can easily be cut to size when/if needed. Customer service was great too! Quick to respond.

Very nice hose with the exact formal fittings on both ends and the exact length we needed. Only one thing I had to do was double up the O-ring since the fitting I connected it to was not a deep enough thread. Once I added another O-ring not a problem.
