It did take a little longer to get here than expected (FedEx issues, not the seller), it did arruve in time for my weekend event. With that said, assembly took me about 1 1/2 hr, but that was by myself (I suggest 2 people to help stabilize it during assembly. I did have an issue getting it up & running, but that was me, not it. Don't forget to hold the control knob down (pressed in) while clicking the ignition button. After remembering that, it lit right up. The price was right and the bronze look is very nice. I'd recommend this patio heater if your looking for one.

they may all look alike...but many other brands are terrible. this heat was FLAWLESS! My other two were TERRIBLE (assembly problems, ignitor didn't work). but this brand was the BEST, in my experience! I would definitely buy this brand again.

I really like the heat it gives off. It was a little bit too tall but we got creative and made it shorter by drilling holes to make it work! I would suggest that the company made the extension pole able to make it the height that you want without drilling hole !!

Looks nice, DOESNT WORK! It will ignite, but as soon as you take your finger off the pilot, it goes out. Tried to contact someone to give us some ideas of how to fix it - SUPPORT WAS NON EXISTENT! Four days later and we still haven’t heard from them. It took over an hour to set up and we must now disassemble it, stuff it back in the box and return it. So frustrating.

I got this for my screen porch. It came in a compact box with all the related parts including a cylinder. Instructions are given to assemble. It took sometime for me to complete the assembly but was not too difficult. Material of the base is pretty heavy and steel look in top gives a stylish look to it.
