**I’ll post pictures of the item later** When I tell you girls this heating pad has been my best friend through my sciatica pain and during that shark week! There’s 3 settings to the heating pad: Low, Medium, & High. I love setting mines on High because it gets the job done! I will say please be cautious while using this product! It does stay on for a good 30 mins and it’s really easy to forget that it’s on (trust me, I have left this thing on when I make a run to my nearest gas station). I haven't had a heating pad since way back in the day when they were plastic and ugly. This one is well made and very soft. I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know about durability, but it's nice that's an option. The problem is that it just isn't "hot." On the highest setting it is mildly warm. Perhaps heating pads just don't come with the kind of hot settings they used to. It may be that they can't trust some consumers to be careful enough, so the rest of us have to forego some luxuries. Bought this heating pad to replace the old one which had finally died. Same brand, supposedly the same size. Listed as 12x24. Actually measured it, and it is just shy of 11 inches. Then the heat output is only so so. Even on the highest setting, just warm. Glad I found it at a sale price, and a coupon since it is not worth the regular price at all. It will suffice for the minorish pains, but can't say on a really cold day it will work as well as the old one. ... show more
