Install is very standard and relatively simple. The little clip-type wire connectors I do not think are designed for 10 guage wire. They kept coming loose and likely resulted in destroying the old circuit breaker which required me to completely rewire it to another breaker. I ended up soldering the wires. DON"T USE THE CHEAPO CONNECTOR! ... show more

Everything seems to work. Shipping was very poor. Box basically destroyed and dents in the several places. Can’t blame product but UPS blew it.

    • There was a 3/4 inch dent on top of the water heater.

When I received the hot water heater on the 13th of June I checked the box for damage and their was none. When I was ready to install it a few days later their was a 3/4 dent in the top ,but the styrofoam and box were not damaged which means it was damaged at the factory and still got boxed up. 660.00 is a lot to pay for a damaged product that was too expensive to buy in the first place. I saw the same water heater for 458.00 a few days ago- makes me wonder if convenience is even worth it anymore. ... show more
