Highly recommend this product and company! We had issues with the power cord about 4 months after purchasing. We contacted the company support and they were prompt to reply and fix the issue by replacing the entire pump kit under warranty. I originally was just trying to purchase a replacement power cord, but it wasn't sold separately. We received the replacement kit within a couple of days and it is actually an upgraded pump from the one we originally purchased! Very happy with our experience. We have an 88 lb older rough collie. This heater kit with 11ft shower hose is perfect for a dog bath. We needed to buy a quick connect fitting to screw on the supplied, brass fitting and go to a garden house.. We bought a $30 kiddie pool from Amazon so the dog could stand in that while we gave him a bath and it was awesome!!

I bought this to heat my very cold well water for horse bathing. It does the trick quite well - I did order flexzilla hoses and connectors instead of the included hose which is just too short. I am at high altitude (which impacts the functionality) but this works great for my needs, just need to turn off the hose sprayer and back on again when the water gets cold to stroke the heat up again. Much less expensive than the water heaters specifically made for equestrians.

Total junk. The pump, when it works is incredibly loud. The heater shuts off every few minutes. It only works on lowest settings, when it works. Good luck taking a warm shower.

First of all there are plugs in the pump that need be removed that you would never see unless informed. After spending almost two days trouble shooting the simple solution and paying almost 300.00 forthe deluxe model with upgraded gpm flow and all hoses that don't come with the regular model the hot water worked for 2 minutes then abruptly stopped. So basicly 300 bucks for a water pump.

Camplux 1.32 water heater shower kit works for my needs. I use it for remote camping and have a limited supply of water. The pump produces just enough pressure to provide a nice shower, but does not use a lot of water. If I had an unlimited supply of water, I would order the next size up with a larger pump. I really like that I can turn the flow of water off at the shower head and the heater will fire back up as soon as I turn the flow back on.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this unit in May'25 and have had trouble with the water pump from the start. The unit would run for a few minutes, then start to sputter causing the unit to shut off the gas/hot water. I've disconnected & reconnected everything several times with no luck. Now the pump begins to sputter less than 30 seconds after turning it on. **Update-- Customer Service was great & sent me a new pump. Swapped it out & it is working fine. If you don't want your pump to burn out, don't run it for more than 30min.

After initially putting the batteries in wrong, I finally realized that the positive/negative was counter-intuitive to the way battery usually are placed into a pack (i.e., the spring usually goes on the negative back of the battery). Not sure if the batter holder itself was wired incorrectly, but when I reversed the batteries, the unit worked perfectly. My dogs can now enjoy a nice warm bath rather than an ice cold hose down. I do recommend buying more substantial hose quick connects for the water inlet/outlet, rather than the plastic ones that come with the unit. But I did appreciate having high quality adapters for the water inlet and outlet to connect hoses.
