I am on a community well water system with approximately 150 other residents. Installer, plumber says it is quality components. I have had two other softners and this is the largest and produces the largest quantity of soft water between regeneration. The water is softer than the other 2. I did have whole house filters that seems to allow a lot of calcium, iron and chlorine to get through. I have not tested the water yet because the plumber said I needed to give it a month or two to allow the new system to dissolve some of the scale that had collected in the pipes over the last 30 years. The TDS of the water from my faucets are about the same as before around 1060, however the TDS of my reverse osmosis system dropped from 26 to 22 with the same filters. My water from my faucets no longer leaves white residue in my sinks and on the fixtures. There is no longer the strong smell of chlorine. My layman opinion is, that this is a quality system that has greatly improved my water quality.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. Yes customer service does respond but this product is extremely low quality and to buy filters for this would be very expensive and you’ll have to do it often. This product will not remove sulfur smell. You need additional product to remove that smell which this system does not accommodate for and note that once it’s bought YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. I’m currently going through a return with them and I’m warning you now don’t make this mistake keep on scrolling or just call you’re local well guy to have them come put a quality system in. You want a proper system that can be maintained and not super complicated and filters that are standard and easy to get and cost efficient. There is hardly any information on the tanks themselves as well. If you are on well water and thinking this is perfect for you I promise you it’s not. If you want to order this just know you will be paying twice cause you’ll be replacing this unit after a few weeks.

Easy to install. The best part was the customer service. I emailed with a question and had a response in under 5 minutes. Once I got the water turned on there was a broken connection on the filter unit. I contacted them again in 10 minutes I had a new filter bracket on the way. It took a couple days to get but there was no hassle in getting it. The system works great at filtering and softening the water.

Works well and good set up for the price .. also live at ground zero for the train wreck but I’m smart enough to understand what this system and size of system it’s not small or under the sink filtration but got rid of our sulfur smell and her water is perfect So it has been about a year and maybe a few months ago the sulfur smell started to return, but I have not changed the filters yet and I do have a lot of settlement to build up. I ordered new filters and I will be changing the smell is still not as bad as it was and I’m currently adjusting the settings so it back washes more often. I think this is only a Settings issue and I’m also going to install a spin down filter in front of my sediment filter I included a photo of the filter as it sits right now again, I’m pretty sure this is my main issue. Also going to adjust the settings will update if it changes

The return experience was very bad as I got almost 400 dollars cost of restocking. Amazon was great where they refunded me the difference. For the product it is High Quality, unfortunately I wasn't able to use it and had to return it as inactive didn't have a proper drain close by for the regeneration required. This is not stated on the product page.

We have spent close to $20,000 on professionally installed water treatment systems, and all have failed. The one we just replaced was actually flushing contaminates into our home. Our dissolved solids were higher post filtration than straight from the well. We were looking at another $18K system. Fortunately my wife mentioned this to one of her hair salon clients who is a commercial well installer. He recommended this system, asked for $1,000 to install (after watching him I could now install one of these). Day one of install, we now have to hold a glass of water next to a sheet of paper to see the color difference. This was not so before this system install. You could see the difference a mile away. Now a few more days of dealing with the chunks of debris this system is cleaning out of our pipes and we could be golden, or crystal clear actually. Custom service with this company is also top notch.

This took a little time and know how to install. If you know what you're doing you will save thousands. If you have really bad water or are on a well, make sure you order filters in advance as they take a while to arrive.

CAUTION.CAUTION.. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I have sulfur smell in my home well water system and I pay $1,900 for this product and it only worked for about 2 weeks. this is a very low quality product and they don't go far in admitting it. there is nothing they can do to remedy the situation, it just don't work and you will loose you money . This is false advertising at it's best.
