I recently replaced an old well water treatment system with an all iSpring system. These filters are awesome and extremely easy to install. The head units are simple and to the point, no unnecessary features or junk to deal with. I had a couple questions during my install and support was able to get on the phone and talk me through it without a problem. Since then I've also installed a couple of iSpring RO systems for family and they all love the difference. I've specifically worked with Sean from iSpring sales/support a couple times now and have had an awesome experience. This company has such good support and follow-up with customers, if you're looking to redo any part of your water treatment and filtration I can't think of any reason not to use iSpring. I read about a few whole house water filter systems and settled on this one. I'm glad I did, because it is now over 4 months old and no issues at all. We had nasty tasting city water and even discoloration in the water when the city would be working on it sometimes. This system has taken care of all of that perfectly. Excellent tasting water. We were buying bottled water in the drinking size, as well as big bottles every week. This unit will pay for itself in 3 years based on what water was costing us. The unit should last about 10 years, at which time I'll likely buy another one. No filters to change ever, and simple installation. I also have a lead entrance pipe, and although not the best system for that, it does reduce it. Highly recommend this unit. The I-Spring folks even followed up with me twice after the purchase, on their own, to see if I had any questions, even though it was purchased through Amazon. GEG

My wife used to have cuts in her fingers for no reason during winter. We did not realize it was because of the water quality. I contacted iSpring as we have an Under Sink Water Filter System for our drinking water. Nick said it could be because of the chlorine and other chemicals in the water. Nick was right. My wife did not have issues when using filtered drinking water to wash her hands. So we bought the whole home filtration system and we are glad we made this purchase. Water feels clean and tasty too. We were in a dilemma whether to buy the traditional system of this one. Finally we decided to buy this. Installation was very easy. We had a plumber come and install it for us in 2 hours. If you have some plumbing experience I am sure you can do it yourself. This unit also doesn't take too much space unlike the traditional 3 stage filtration system. 1st time setup was very easy and straight forward. I recommended iSpring to my friends for their filtration needs. Nick was super helpful and answered all the questions patiently.

Great product once you get it up and running. When first installed, I could not get any pressure at all in the service position. I was able to remedy this by doing the following: Bypass the line. Fill the house back up with water. Place the unit into service. Force run the regen 1-2 times to clear the lines and get pressure built up. Once it was all setup, the system works great. I hope this helps other people as well.

We needed something we could "set and forget" which we found with this water filtration system. We won't have to worry about maintainance for 10 years!! :) The customer service rep followed up several times and said 8 could call anytime for help or questions. I'm not use to quality care these days so it's greatly appreciate. This filter was, for me, a bit pricey but when I took account that it handles my entire home for a decade, it's actually pretty cheap. I'm a fan and love knowing my family gets to shower is healthy water now ✅

our local water company started dumping more chemicals into our water and the quality was poor. seemed we were using more soaps, water and ice tasted funny and definitely too much chlorine. The water was harsh on our skin and hair so we started looking into alternatives. The installation was a breeze, our plumber had us up and running in a few hours. The Ispring product has removed the taste of chemicals and we were able to cut way back on soaps, now using less than half of soaps, shampoo and conditioners which will save us a little money in the long run. My hair is back to normal and not breaking off, skin is also returning to normal, not scaley or flakey. Calcium no longer building up like it was. We highly recommend this product to anyone, they more than met our expectations and stand behind thier procucts!! Nick was outstanding to work with, answered all our questions, out a of five star review, they deserve a 10 !
