We have a well and have struggled with iron build up and sediment in the water. It was think and gross and we have been drinking it if water bottles for 6 years. We finally got this system and Holy Cow is been AMAZING! We had to clean all of our heads in the faucets from our cleaning out our pipes and sediment and after our pressurized it's got way better flow and pressure, water is soft and clean, no more iron stains, drinkable water from the tap on the inner the sink unit reverse osmosis system that tastes good! Product removed odor from water for about a week, after that it did not work as advertised. Contacted seller, they are very hard to deal with and get a hold of. tried to get me to spend more money on getting my water tested when I already had several water test from other water companies. Support for the product was no helpful at all, borderline hostile. I'd never buy this product again or anything their company sells. They claimed it should of worked for what one of the water tests showed, but it didn't. The return process was painful and tedious. ... show more

    • Inferior product, terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased an entire house filter from this company, at Home Dopot. Product installed easy, had some great features on the valve system, seemed to be great. Three months in, the filter started packing off. We have a large GE 5 micron sediment filter in from of this one - so it shouldn’t be getting packed off. We have well water, with some tannins. It’s in the acceptable area for everything else. I still dealt with it, but did reach out the the company. Good luck finding a phone number, it took a while. It takes even better luck to get anybody to answer. I never could get them to answer. So I turned to email. They will reach back, days later, and will not offer you any help. They don’t honor warranty, and the product is garbage. After two years of it, I finally got smart and replaced with a whole house Express Water, and iSpring RO. What a difference!!! Go that route to begin with. It is cheaper anyways!!! ... show more

We live on ground zero at the train derailment in east Palestine, Ohio. Ordered the elite system for $2300. Well when it got here , the size was more than expected. Opened one box(reverse osmosis box, which by the way, had a dent in the tank) and there was no way this system was going to fit under my sink. Cutting drain and water lines, disposal removal, and cutting out one side of base cabinet wall. This is not an option. More hassle than worth. Measured rest of filter system for basement, and just don't have the space required to install. No problem. Ad says through Amazon that it is eligible for replacement, returns,etc. Great!. I'll return it , order a smaller system and be done with it. Contacted ifilters and received return labels for all 6 boxes. WITH POSTAGE DUE ON EVERY ONE. What your not told is , they don't have free return shipping. Ugh ..the bill from ups was $927 to ship this system back. As if my wife and me don't have enough stress as it is... Don't know if the system works or not so can't comment on the quality of the system. But I can tell you that you better make sure you have no intention of returning their products. I am out $2300 plus another $927 for something I don't have. At this point, I'm still waiting to see if filters is going to credit my card for the unit. Bad experience so far with this company. Was going to buy a smaller system from this company when I was refunded my money but as of now, even with the refund they owe me, I'm still out the $927 shipping return cost. Sorry ifilters. That's not gonna happen. Thanks for heaping more coals on our heads, as if Norfolk hasn't done enough . Works well and good set up for the price .. also live at ground zero for the train wreck but I’m smart enough to understand what this system and size of system it’s not small or under the sink filtration but got rid of our sulfur smell and her water is perfect So it has been about a year and maybe a few months ago the sulfur smell started to return, but I have not changed the filters yet and I do have a lot of settlement to build up. I ordered new filters and I will be changing the smell is still not as bad as it was and I’m currently adjusting the settings so it back washes more often. I think this is only a Settings issue and I’m also going to install a spin down filter in front of my sediment filter I included a photo of the filter as it sits right now again, I’m pretty sure this is my main issue. Also going to adjust the settings will update if it changes ... show more
