DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. Yes customer service does respond but this product is extremely low quality and to buy filters for this would be very expensive and you’ll have to do it often. This product will not remove sulfur smell. You need additional product to remove that smell which this system does not accommodate for and note that once it’s bought YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. I’m currently going through a return with them and I’m warning you now don’t make this mistake keep on scrolling or just call you’re local well guy to have them come put a quality system in. You want a proper system that can be maintained and not super complicated and filters that are standard and easy to get and cost efficient. There is hardly any information on the tanks themselves as well. If you are on well water and thinking this is perfect for you I promise you it’s not. If you want to order this just know you will be paying twice cause you’ll be replacing this unit after a few weeks. ... show more

This was a nice upgrade from the Culligan system we had in our house. It was really simple for my son to install. It is going to save money on the rental of the other system and the cost of maintenance. I really appreciate the quality of the tanks and none of the leaking problems that i read about in other reviews. Thanks to the prefiltration my city water is no longer testing positive for lead or chlorine or any of the other nasties that was in our water.     • Amazing system if your on well water!
We have a well and have struggled with iron build up and sediment in the water. It was think and gross and we have been drinking it if water bottles for 6 years. We finally got this system and Holy Cow is been AMAZING! We had to clean all of our heads in the faucets from our cleaning out our pipes and sediment and after our pressurized it's got way better flow and pressure, water is soft and clean, no more iron stains, drinkable water from the tap on the inner the sink unit reverse osmosis system that tastes good!     • This product don't work, False advertising.
CAUTION.CAUTION.. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I have sulfur smell in my home well water system and I pay $1,900 for this product and it only worked for about 2 weeks. this is a very low quality product and they don't go far in admitting it. there is nothing they can do to remedy the situation, it just don't work and you will loose you money . So far this product is working great My water is fantastic I don’t like that I have to change filters so often Thought maybe ever six months But after three months they were already very dirty So it’s gonna cost more then what I wanted but again the water is wonderful

Works well and good set up for the price .. also live at ground zero for the train wreck but I’m smart enough to understand what this system and size of system it’s not small or under the sink filtration but got rid of our sulfur smell and her water is perfect So it has been about a year and maybe a few months ago the sulfur smell started to return, but I have not changed the filters yet and I do have a lot of settlement to build up. I ordered new filters and I will be changing the smell is still not as bad as it was and I’m currently adjusting the settings so it back washes more often. I think this is only a Settings issue and I’m also going to install a spin down filter in front of my sediment filter I included a photo of the filter as it sits right now again, I’m pretty sure this is my main issue. Also going to adjust the settings will update if it changes ... show more

    • Product does not work as advertised
Product removed odor from water for about a week, after that it did not work as advertised. Contacted seller, they are very hard to deal with and get a hold of. tried to get me to spend more money on getting my water tested when I already had several water test from other water companies. Support for the product was no helpful at all, borderline hostile. I'd never buy this product again or anything their company sells. They claimed it should of worked for what one of the water tests showed, but it didn't. The return process was painful and tedious. ... show more
